MainStreet Village is a town full of everyday heroes.  It’s a place where neighbors are friendly and each day holds endless opportunities for big dreams and wholesome fun.  Fire Chief Steve rescues a cat from the tree, Baker Bud helps pick out the perfect cake for next week’s wedding, and Rob the Conductor makes sure that the train arrives on time.

Main Street Village encourages your kids to enjoy a carefree and innocent childhood, and teaches them to look for the good in life. Your children might someday grow up to be CEO’s of giant mega-corporations, but in the meantime MainStreet Village will teach them how working and playing together are the foundation of our community.

Social growth
Regardless of which uniquely precious personality your child has been blessed with, he or she will need to learn how to live with others.  The wide range of characters and occupations represented in MainStreet Village encourage this type of growth.

Multiple characters in each individual set help teach children to share.  These many little villagers encourage role-playing behavior that stretch young imaginations and teach positive social behavior.  All of this is done in the safety and security of play, and provides frequent opportunities for parents or childcare providers to teach about appropriate interpersonal behaviors.

Community
Whether made up of family members, friends, co-workers, or even pets, the community around us is a major source of joy and purpose in our lives.  The highly integrated design of MainStreet Village teaches your children to value community and breaks through our often self-centered culture.

There are no larger-than-life super-heroes in MainStreet Village.  Each uniquely-designed character is a part of a bigger set, and each set is crafted to coordinate seamlessly with every other set.  This dynamic interaction encourages children to think of every person as an important part of a bigger picture, and helps them grow into more generous and thoughtful adults.
