At the last moment, we found this... the perfect gift for my 5-year old grandson! We only wish we had found it a couple of years ago, because he absolutely LOVES it! It's perfect! The best part of my review is to let you know how GREAT Step2's shipping is. I had already missed every shipping deadline for Christmas from every major department & toy store that carried this product when I decided to go straight to the Step2 website to order it directly... too late, we missed their deadline by 2 days... but I decided to order from them anyway. We thought there was no way to receive it on time. We had decided to give him the art supplies 'on time', and tell him the 'big gift' art desk would be arriving a couple of days later... We were absolutely shocked when this large package arrived at the door BEFORE Christmas!! STEP2 really did a fantastic job in fulfilling this order! Not only is their product a superior choice... but I can assure you, the order fulfillment and shipping is second to no one! Thanks so much Step2...

I have bought 2 desk this week and this one was a bit disappointing. The first one bought at [...] and the other at [...] and they didn't have a display for the product. The product is big and light weight which is bad for 28 pound 2 year old. I have to get something for the stool so it does slide everywhere wood floors. My girl is small, 28lbs at 2 and a week and she know her abc's. It is 2 big for her. The stool slides on the floor she has cried twice today over it AND i got it today.

I purchased this art desk for my 5 year old son after he saw one in a store by this manufacturer. When I went back to purchase it for him for Christmas, they were already sold out. So, I went to Step2's website and purchased it for him for Christmas. When he opened it on Christmas we were disappointed to see that the dry erase board had a black scratch across it. Then we couldn't find the screws and washers to assemble the desk. It ended up they were just tossed loose in the box. I have never had to lift up the bottom flaps of a box to try and find washers to assemble a product that is supposed to be brand new. This is crazy. Had it not been from "santa" I would have been on the phone that minute shipping it back. What a disappointment. I will not order from this company ever again.

We bought this item for our granddaughter and her parents love it as much as she does. It helps keep all the art supplies and books in one convenient location and neatly which is a huge plus! I also have one of the kitchens for her and I love the construction and all the little "bell and whistles" built into your products. Definitly will buy more Step2 products in the future.
