Son who loves drums has absolutely no interest in this toy. You'd be better off with two metal containers turned upside down. That's what he would prefer to play with. Go back to the drawing board Step 2.

I agree with previous review that a cardboard box or tupperware container would be more entertaining than this. Hilarious! It was a gift and makes NO sounds when you hit it. We kept looking for an on/off switch, thinking surely it blinked or played music when the baby hit it, but NOTHING! And it tips over all the time. DON'T BUY IT! I will be throwing it away as it is just clutter amongst the other toys.

Daughter likes to carry them occasionally and chew on the side. That is about it and even that is a stretch. Son has more interest in a plastic jar.They tip over and the little plastic feet that hold it into the cardboard packaging can screw back in. I thought this may help stabilize them and stop them from sliding but that is not the case.At the bottom of the "drums" there are sound holes cut out. So we thought perhaps when they are out of the package they will do more (the info on the packaging was terrible). We thought surely for the price it took batteries or had a hidden feature. But no it is just two tubs stuck together that are a fake version of fake bongos.The generic "sheet music" is only a few sentences long and doesn't even suggest alternating drums. Funny how the packaging sells you on the included music.The sound quality is muffled and does not sound any different than tapping on a toy. Actually a tupperware container or cardboard box is by far superior.This is the first toy that we feel truly ripped off from. It is by far too expensive and almost an embarrassment.This product could more effectively be titled "toy recycling" and the use is to aid your child in learning how to recycle.There are far better options out there for the same price or more. What a waste of [$]! Terrible product!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY!
