The Choo Choo Wagon is the best invention ever for parents of multiples. It is light and easy to put into the van for travel. I have triplet 14 month old girls. We have outgrown our triple stroller that fits in the stores. Our triple jogger is too wide to take into any stores. So we were looking for something other than the jogger. The Choo Choo wagon is the best solution.
We purchased the Choo Choo Wagon with the trailer and our girls love, love love it! They crawl into it and wait to be buckled up and taken for walks. When we go shopping it is easy to take apart and put into my minivan. Since each girl has their own seatbelt. I don't have to worry about them wiggling out during walks. For any parent with multiple toddlers this is the answer to your transporting needs.
The only downfall would be if you don't have a minivan or bigger vehicle the Choo Choo wagon may not fit. It fits perfect in our Honda Minivan so we don not have any problems getting.

Let me begin by saying that I'm a six foot six male and the handle is not designed for such individuals. The older models handle worked very well never causing excessive pulling on my shoulder or using it by my fingertips because of its shortness.

Now, let's talk about the assembly of the wagon axles. First, the sadly designed axle holder is worthless, if you're not careful the axle and hub will be put together at an angle. Thus, you must be very careful to initially hammer it straight or you're sunk and in for a rocky bumpy ride. The instructions / diagram is very generalized and takes a lot of humm let me see attitude to put the wagon together correctly.

Putting the wagon in a car is not exactly a simple task. Because of the way the handle is designed it will not collapse against the wagon thus making it impossible to fit in a smaller SUV or sedan, except on its side. If your fortunate to own a Minivan than you'll have no such fit problems except the handle which sticks straight up possibly blocking some drivers rearview vision. As a comparison the older style wagon had no such issues.

With all this said I received a damaged wagon initially which was quickly corrected by Step2, which was the right thing to do. Overall the wagon is a God sent for parents of twins and a wise financial investment.

Comments about Step2 Choo Choo Wagon:

My kids love this wagon! I have a small, in-home daycare and it was simply impossible to go on walks. Now we can get out and about. Everyone in the neighborhood loves seeing us ride by :). It was a little challenging to assemble but once I realized one of the parts was used as a tool instead of a part to the wagon it was pretty simple. I'm planning on buying one more trailer which would make room for 4 kids. Another great thing about this product is that the kids are far enough apart so they can't bother or fight with one another It's surprising not to difficult to pull and navigate! Even when it's parked the kids enjoy climbing in and out of it. I would highly recommend this product.

Happy with the wagon. Actually purchased 2. The second one I meant to order the combo (three cars). When I called customer service they wouldn't give me the price difference and wanted to charge me full price for the additional car. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Comments about Step2 Choo Choo Wagon:

I got the choo choo wagon on [@]for [$] plus the trailer because someone had bought it for there triplets but at 4 didn't fit in it. It was brand new in packaging we even had to assemble, let me tell you, my kids love this wagon, there is no fighting cause they each have there own seat and if we go out with a friend we have an extra seat for them too, my children are quite small so and 4 and 18 months they fit great but if you have large children they might not fit in it very long. The only thing is it is quite bulky so we have to strap it on top of our toyota corolla to bring it anywhere but that really insn't a problem at all! Overall this is a great wagon if you have 2 or more kiddies to cart around!!

I would suggest that both wagons have storage place. Otherwise "it is not fair"

I bought this because I have twin 2 yr olds and a 7 mo old....I needed something that i could use to pull all of them at once. And this was great!!! Its perfect for walks and they love it. It was hard to get my 2 yr olds to get and stay in a stroller anymore since they're out growing that stage...but they like to get in the wagon. Not easy to put in a small SUV if the trailer is attached...and theres no way to take it back off easily once you add the trailer on. Would recommend to anyone with anymore than 2 small children. Love it!!

jess w asked: I screen I pic online where someone had an infant car seat in it, will a car set fit in the new ones and will the seatbelt stretch far enough to buckle it in? May 31, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Tammy S: Hi Jessica, I bought the choo choo wagon I am Licensed Childcare provider and we love our wagon. I have four cars on mine. You ask about the infant carseat fitting in it, it does not fit in it because of where the cup holders are on each of the car of the wagon. What I do with the babies who cant sit up. I wrap them in a big blanket or sit them on a pillow and then wrap the seat belt aroun them. So that way there is no way they can fall out. May 31, 2013

Tracey B: I purchased the choo choo wagon and I am very pleased with the product. However as a parent and preschool teacher, I would not recommend anyone place an "infant car seat" inside the wagon. I truly believe the product was "not" designed for that purpose and it would be irresponsible to do so. May 31, 2013
