I own several of your outdoor play items and the Double Play Basketball & Football Set was a total disappointment! It collapsed at the base shortly after we received it and the hoop doesn't stay in place. I would return it, but it was a gift.

Goal leaned over 20 degrees almost immediately after we put it up. They sent out a new pole. Goal leaned over almost immediately after we put that pole up. They sent out a new pole and a new base. Goal leaned over almost immediately after we put it up. Took pictures and sent them in. They told us that the base was meant to point the other direction (so that the long part of the base actually sits directly under the rim where the kids would be playing) even though the pictures on this very website show the base facing the opposite direction. They said they'd be happy to send out another basketball goal though, because the fourth time is the charm?
Rim also breaks away every time the ball touches it.
Please don't buy this unit. Save yourselves.

Within a few days use the rim bent to the ground. Exchanged it and tried to rope it to post then it bent backwards. Buy Little Tykes. Taking it back.
