Use with both sons. 2 1/2 yr old and 9 month old, both since birth. Takes a few minutes to put on, and i dont like how the straps drag on the floor when putting on, however, i knew that would happen, and i didnt want a carrier with clips so im ok with that. Both kids always felt comfortable and slept well in it. Icant comment on this in regards to my back aching because i already had back issues prio to purchasing it. Overall i love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a carrier without clips.
