I purchased this item because my boys enjoy the inflatable ball pit I purchased recently, I thought this would compliment it well but it doesn't work.
I took the item out of the box. I read the instructions. I inflated the whale in all three areas. I put one - then tried several - then all balls. It didn't matter, hard floor or carpet - no amount of light or hard force bouncing or jumping on the whales tail would make a ball pop out of it's head. Now I have to deflate it, get it back in the box and return it. It doesn't do anything.
