Bought for our 2 and 1/2 year old who loves to sell ice cream. She hasn't stopped playing with it. Very realistic. My only complaint is that the plastic is not that durable. I can see how it can break easily. This seems to be how all toys are made these days though.

My 3-year old daughter does like playing with this set, but it's not the Step 2 quality I expected. The spoon and scoop holders constantly fall off. There's no way to securely attach them.
The stand and parts of the ice cream are made of thin plastic and don't feel sturdy.
I usually love Step 2 products, but I'm disappointed with this one.

The children loved the tunes that this played. They also loved being able to make different ice cream combinations and "serve" them to family and friends. So cute we also bought the cupcake and bistro sets!
