It is a great swing for my 2 year old little girl. I really love that the ropes are weatherproof. We have the swing on our deck and use it lots. On the other swing we owed the ropes were fraying since they were outside. I am glad that with this swing we will not have to worry about it. I would recommend this swing to others. The assembly was easy and I was able to do it by myself and I am not vey good with these types of things. This is a great product.

We ordered the Step 2 Gym with swing but since our grandson was only 1 year old we also ordered the toddler swing seat. All the pictures showed this in a blue to match the gym set and there was no color choice when ordering. Imagine our surprise when they sent us a PINK swing seat for our grandson. I am extremely angry and disappointed!!

My 3 year old climbs in the swing herself and can buckle herself in. So much fun; our kids have enjoyed these swings for hours at a time. Colors match the Step2 Naturally Playful swing set perfectly. Very pleased.

Patricia A: The ropes on this swing are very sturdy and the entire swing is made very well. Unfortunately the ropes are designed to attach to the swing set and are not long enough to extend from a tree. The swing will be to high to benefit your child. The ropes are about 3 1/2 feet long.
            Enjoy your evening.

            Z H: Hi Jodi,

The ropes on this swing are only approx four feet. So if u have a high tree limb, then you will probably need to look elsewhere or use some type of additional cordage..

            Hope this review helps.

Dorian J: I have not actually measured the ropes, however if your tree is over 6 ft I would not recommend hanging this swing any higher than that. My swing is hanging from the actual play and slide and it is about 6ft off the ground give or take a inch or two. Apr 11, 2013

James B: We bought this to attach to a "Step 2" swing set. The bar for the swingset is probably about 5-6 ft off the ground, and when the swing is hanging from it, it sits a foot or two off the ground - so I would estimate the ropes are only 4 ft or so? Apr 11, 2013

Michelle R: Jodi, the ropes on the swing I got were about 3' long and looked like they could be adjusted shorter, but not longer.
            Hope that helps.

Jennifer L: Yes. We purchased the infant swing to replace one of the regular swings for our child. It was easily installed on the clips intended for the swing that comes with the set. Our 2 yr old still uses it but is just about ready to move on to the bigger swing. Apr 24, 2013

Steven S: This toddler swing should fit on any standard swing set that has a hook to attach it to. I have mine attached to a swing set we bought from Costco. From my own research, this is one of the best infant swings. Its safe, secure and the latches are easy to use. May 14, 2013
