I bought this colorful play mat for my beautiful baby girl who's now 7 months of age. At the time of purchase, she was 4 months. I can remember the first time I opened the box, then placed it in the washer then hung it up to dry. The next day when I got home, I placed it on the floor for my baby girl and she LOVED it! The colors were so invigorating and bright she started squirming and cooing with joy! Ever since the purchase, she has been enjoying this play mat especially during tummy time. I would recommend parents to wash it first, then hang it to dry (I hung mine in my laundry room) because you don't know how it was handled in the warehouse. I recommend this to ALL parents for their little bundle of joy!

My 5 mo. old granddaughter loves it. I do put added padding under the mat, but other than that it's great. Larger play area than gym mats and I can get down on the mat with her to play.
