My 3 year old son received this for his birthday. He loves it!! There was some minor assembly involved but very easy if you are patient and read the instructions. It is the perfect size for him and the microwave buttons actually beep, make popcorn sounds, and cooking sounds. The burner also makes boiling water and sizzling skillet noises depending on the dish you put on the burner. The fridge and oven door are a tad hard to open but my toddler has gotten used to it. It is very sturdy. The children in the picture are to size as to how my son stands next to the kitchen.. he is 38.5 inches tall. The colors in this kitchen, green cabinet top, decoration stickers, and edging is unisex. Perfect for girls or boys!! So glad after looking through multiple stores and websites, this is the kitchen I chose. Step2 has phenomenal customer service [...]

Kitchen is cute, it was a Christmas gift. When we went to put it together we were missing the 2 stove knobs. Then the microwave keypad just buzzed and the stove burner didn't work at all after 3 battery changes (just to make sure). I called customer service and was politely greeted and I should recv new parts soon. My son is so eager to play I hope they work. All the accessories included fit nicely into the fridge or stove or cabinet. It is the perfect height for my 2 1/2 yr old son. It's not a girly looking kitchen, so my husband was accepting!

Hard to start screwing parts together because holes were not predrilled.

We bought this kitchen for our 2yr old daughter. She absolutely loves it! She loves putting things in the oven and microwave. When she does she says " Cook!" and brings us stuff on plates. Sooo cute! She gets such a kick out of the the sounds the microwave makes and the stove makes when you put the pot or the frying pan on the burner.
it was very easy to put together , took about an hour. Looks like a real kitchen and the sounds that the microwave and the burner on the stove makes are very realistic! Great Buy! Definitely reccomend!!!

This play kitchen is perfect for my young daughter. She absolutely loves it. It's also great if you only have limited space. It fits very well in our smaller house. The sound functions help to keep her engaged in play.
The improvement that I would make to it is to make actual handles on the fridge and the oven. The "handles" that are on there are solid and don't have the space for you to wrap your hand around them. However, all play kitchens seem to be made this way so there's no getting around it unless someone starts making them differently.
