Before I even started using it I put it in the wash (without the strap/clasp), I took it out and the seams had ripped open in two different locations. An open seam on the the left side of the foot entry and one on the right side of the foot entry. I really wanted to like this because of the design, colors, and the lightweight material but I'm embarrassed to use it with all the rips and the padding exposed.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

A shopping cart/highchair cover is a must have! There are a lot of options out there for this type of item and Infantino has really improved theirs recently.
A few years ago their versions were not very plush and that was a turnoff to me since Shopping Carts are so hard and nice places to bump little heads.
Infantino bulked up the padding this year and in doing so still managed to make this more compact than competing covers when rolled up for storage.
The print is awesome and nice and gender neutral - dad won't be embarassed to push the cart!

We would love to see some zippered pockets for storage like on other brands. They are a great place to throw keys, cell phone and snacks
