I am a Step2 customer for over 15 years. I love the durability of their products and the design not only for adults, but for children as well. Their products are also light weight enough for easy handling. I highly recommend any Step2 product.

The Timberline was easy to install, and based on previously purchased Step-2 products, should last
for years. Makes the front of the house look great too.

Comments about Step2 MailMaster® Timberline Plus Mailbox:

Well constructed, easy assembly and installation. Exposed bolt and screw heads will probably rust in time. I would suggest a silicome cover for each bolt or screw head to help prevent the rusting process

Comments about Step2 MailMaster® Timberline Plus Mailbox:

Outstanding product but the inner dimensions of the mail receptacle are slightly smaller than our last Step2 Mailbox Plus mailbox; this product is much more attractive though and now stands out well in the neighborhood.

        Service and delivery comments:

maybe make mail flag red instead of black

Kimberly B: I needed a holder for our newspaper so that it doesn't get wet and dogs don't drag it off or destroy it and this is cute, and much more attractive than the big blue boxes for papers, I also like that it opens from the back. I think that is unique and much safer than having to stand in the road while collecting your mail. Apr 16, 2013
