This combo set was delivered on Tuesday. It took 25 minutes to assemble the cottage (thanks to my power drill). The swing and climber were a cinch...sort of. It took 3.5 hours to assemble. The directions are confusing so I am fortunate that building things is my thing. I have a 4 y/o daughter with autism and a high energy 5 y/o son. They love this set. It is the perfect size for our yard and blends in nicely with our landscaping.
Service and delivery comments:
The product is fantastic. The directions are not. In lieu of drawings, I highly recommend adding clear photographs of each step.

I was looking for something that was fun and safe for my 3 kids, without having to purchase the wood play sets. This is great because it has different options for play. My kids love the swing set and are enjoying the cottage as well. They have not used the sand box yet, but i just bought some sand so I am sure they will love it, especially my 2 year old. My only issue with this is that the instructions were horrible, only pictures and barely any instructions. I had to on several occasions try to figure out what the instructions wanted me to do. But once you figure it out the assembly itself wasn't too bad, I wish that the instructions were clear. We had to do it in two days, because we ran out of time, it got too dark to see. But other than that the set is great.

This is such a great set! My 2 year old loves everything. We have been using the little sand box as a pool instead. Put an inch of water in the morning with the lid on under the sun. Then by the afternoon we can take the lid off and move it to the shade and he can play in the warm water.

Let me start by saying that this combo is absolutley wonderful!! We have a 2 year old and an 11 mo old girls that love this set. The sandbox has been a surprising favorite for the younger child. I researched many different playsets for our girls and this set I actually looked at [...] for it first since we have Prime. I just happened to check Step2's website and found this fantastic deal and immediately settled on this combo.The only bad thing I can say is about the poor instructions. Yes for the most part it's obvious but there were a couple things my husband did wrong because of the poor instructions. The other this is the bolts and nuts that go on top of the swing bar to hold the swings in place were not the right size. Maybe we just got a bad batch of the bolts because none of them screwed fully into the nuts and one actually broke off into the nut.I did call Step2 and they are sending new ones once they become available again since the set is on backorder now.I'd totally buy it again! We bought other swing bolts and nuts from [...] because we couldn't wait!!
