We bought this for our 1 1/2 year old to put in his room and keep him busy during the winter months. He loves it! He loves to put his toys on the platform and throw them down the slide as well as climb up and down the slide. It is the perfect size for his age and he will get a couple good years of use out of it at least. As other people have mentioned, once the climber is assembled, there is no taking it apart so keep that in mind. We are going to have to take it through our window if we want to put it outside in the spring. There is no way it will fit through the door. Also, the climber was shipped to us with one of the walls completely missing the holes that were supposed to be drilled into the plastic. Although that was a bit of a disappointment, I contacted Step2 and they promptly shipped a replacement wall. Overall, our son loves this climber and we are happy with it.

Bought for my 1 year old daughter, she has used it for years, and is now 5. We have outgrown it, however, it is so durable that we are hoping to find a second home for the clide with a younger child. My daughter constantly climbed on this and used the slide- so much that we placed it in her bedroom - she loved it and we definitely got our money's worth through the years.

I bought this item to deter my son from climbing on the living room furniture. While it helps, we've had to put a large pillow under the landing where he climbs up to go down the slide. The reason being is that the landing is only half the size of the product. He's in the age range for this product and does well climbing up it, but when he positions himself to go down the slide there is little room for him to lean back without falling off the landing. We have this product on carpet and while that has softened his falls, the pillow is there to cushion it a bit more. If the landing were the full size of the product, I would give it a full 5 stars.

this is a great product. I have it in the house for my grandson who is twenty months. He loves the slide, and climbing up on the platform. maybe the platform could be a bit longer in back but this is great.

My boys have loved this climber from the moment it arrived. My husband and I were able to put it together in less than 10 minutes. Instantly, our 17 month old triplets were climbing and sliding. It is even sturdy for our 4 year old son! We love having it inside for an energy-burner, especially on those days where it is too hot for our outside play set. I would recommend this particular climber for those with several children who will be playing because of the openess of the back, which makes for much more room for everyone to play.
