We got hte Radioflyer 7 years ago because it had the seat belts .. sadly we just retired it since it just isnt in great shape anymore....wanting to try something new I bought this one and LOVE IT ... something about the shape and the handle make it alot easier to move around than the other one we had and it is more comfy for my 2 and 4 year old... they prefer this one over our old one.
the only thing that would make it better is a sun shade BUT I think I like it better this way since a shade would make it harder to throw into the van and go...

I do like the product but it needs more durability! I bought mine just last summer and really haven't used it that much and my wheels are now warped and missing the middle part so it is very loud now! I can't even hear my daughter talking to me while pulling my son in it! I have to literally kick the wheels to get them back on track! I have emailed them about replacement wheels last week and still no reply! So in my opinion I would not recommend it! until it is made more durable!

Great toy that will last a long time.
I Did not follow the directions well. There should be text along with the pics. extra parts were a plus.
It is very easy to pull and my grandson enjoyed pushing it around more than riding in it.

About Me Grandparent

Pros

  • 18 Month-old Enjoys It
  • Good Size Durable Body

Cons

  • Hard Plastic Wheels
  • Noisy Ride On Sidewalks
  • Not Easy To Assemble
  • Wheels Are Cheap

Best Uses

    Comments about Step2 Neighborhood Wagon:

This wagon makes a lot of noise due to the hard cheap plastic wheels. After the first week, I replaced the wheels with a set of garden wheels. The 3/8 inch wagon axels made this difficult as most readily available wheels have 1/2" axels. A combination of spacers were required, and the front wheels have a shimmy due to the odd axel design in the front. The product description states "simple assembly", but the instructions are only provided with pictures and no written instructions. Many people would have difficulty assembling it, or would get it wrong.

    Comments about Step2 Neighborhood Wagon:

After only one year, the wheel broke off this wagon. I made sure only "little ones" were in it as to not go over the weight limitations. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use it now.

My daughter loves her wagon. It is great to take to the zoo. She sits in this better than the stroller. The added feature of the seatbelts is very helpful at keepin an active toddler contained.

      Comments about Step2 Neighborhood Wagon:

This wagon was the best purchase I have made in a long time! I have the room to transport it for vacation in our mini van. Thank goodness I brought it to the beach with us. The wheels are much bigger than a stroller's and i am not a big fan of a jog stroller. My girls are 1 and 2.5 and they love it! Definitely recommend it.
