this was not what I was looking for many years ago my children had a Fisher Price table & chairs set I loved. When looking for my grandchildren I could not find what I wanted some one suggested step 2 site to me. I liked the look and after having this in my home I love it would recommend it to others their Little Tyke rocking chairs also work at this table for little ones who need a chair with sides.

Pros: I use this product with my 2 year old daughter. She really likes it. The table surface is big and easy to clean. It was easy to assemble and I did it while my husband was gone. The chair design is sturdy, the set in cute and is unisex so my son can use it when he is older without thinking twice :-)
Cons: The table set and chairs slide when on a hard wood or tile floor. We have the set in the kitchen and my daughter has a hard time sitting in the chair because it keeps sliding around. You have to put a rug underneath it or your own rubber grips. The seat on the chair is a little too small an doesn't seem very comfortable when she it sitting on it.

Purchased this set in additonal to getting the two extra chairs after shopping for a nice sturdy table and chair set for my 23 month old son that would last. I also wanted something gender neutral so it would go with our growing family. This was PERFECT. It's a good size and blends well with the furniture. Plus it's very durable. My sons loves it! He loves to sit in to eat his snacks, meals, play with his toys, and look at his books. He looks like such a big boy in it! Highly recommend.

The table and chair set are perfect! It matches the Step 2 kitchen set we bought for xmas. It's not too pricey and definitely does the trick. All we needed was a table for our daughter to color on, do activites and even have snacks on. She seems to love it. The chairs are a bit small, wish the seating part was a little bigger.

This is a great set. The table top is large. The table and chairs are very lightweight. My 2 year old moves the chairs all over the house! We use this mainly for meals but it's also great for coloring, etc. very easy to clean and very easy to put together. The chairs do look small but my 5 year old fits in them fine. Goes well with the dining room decor.

This set is perfect for my 16 month old grandson and he adores it. It is very durable,easy to clean and assemble. The table is a perfect size for toddlers but the seat of the chair needs a little more width and length.My grandson is small and still could use a few more inches in both directions for added comfort and better support for his little bottom.I do hope this suggestion may already be in the works as I would love to purchase two additional chairs with more seat room.If not for the seat size I would definitely rate this item five stars therefore it gets four stars.

I looked at many, many tables and chairs to use for my home daycare. I have purchased Step2 items in the past and once again, I am totally satisfied with this product. The kids not only use the chairs at the table, but also line up the chairs and pretend it's a train! I would absolutely recommend this product. Easy to put together, easy to move around and the kids love it! The table came with 2 chairs, but I purchased an additional 2 chairs. After researching cost, I also found that to order directly from Step2 was the best price and also they offered Free shipping, Bonus!
