I was really upset. I got this large heavy box home. I unpacked it only to findout pieces were missing. Unfortunately, my daughter saw the slides and started to cry when I had to repack it to return to the store per the manager instruction. Now my daughter has to wait [...] for a replacement.

This playset is great for my 2 yr old granddaughter. She can climb and slide on it without my help, which she loves because she's very independent. It was real easy to put together but wish the directions were a bit more detailed. I would love to see a roof on it, for the cost this should definitely be included. Overall...great playset for toddlers and preschool.

Takes 2 people to set up. The directions manual is poorly designed. You have to flip though the pages to find the next step.
Other than that it is a great product. Although with my son's short attention span he doesn't play on it very long lol

My son (18 months) is a climber and he LOVES THIS. I wondered if 2 slides would be redundant but he climbs up one side and down the other. Its the perfect height for him to feel like he is climbing and me to not feel like I have to stay right next to him. I can play with him or sit on the porch an watch him. Enough room for his 2 year old friend to play with him. I wish the slide was little slicker because he doesn't slide very fast...I don't think he minds because it makes it easier for him to climb up it.
