I was really upset. I got this large heavy box home. I unpacked it only to findout pieces were missing. Unfortunately, my daughter saw the slides and started to cry when I had to repack it to return to the store per the manager instruction. Now my daughter has to wait [...] for a replacement.

Chose this since my toddler seemed to be liking slides a lot and this one actually had 2. The smaller slide is a bit small for ~2-3yr olds but is good enough to introduce to younger kids. Though the makers claim that 6yr olds can be interested in it, I am yet to see that - so cannot refute it for now. The colors are very attractive and the tall climber is fairly safe. Best kept in backyard for soft landings. Well optimized for size and price, very easy to assemble (not so easy to disassemble when you get ready to sell/upgrade).

I was lucky enough to recently find this product used on [@]. I paid [$]. for it & it is in mint condition. My 16 month old daughter loves to climb so this works really well for her. She can climb it & go down both slides without my help. That being said, I don't really see her using this to the age of 6 as indicated - more like 4. So I'm really glad I didn't pay full price for it. I gave it a 4 not a 5 simply because the listed price of [$] is way overpriced for this product considering most kids probably won't use it past age 4 or 5. I will tell you that it fell off the back of my dad's truck going down the highway because we didn't have it secured properly and other then a few scratches, there was no damage at all. That shows how durable the Step 2 products are.

The product was fairly easy to put together but definitely took two people to secure the bolts from above and below. Overall it's been an excellent purchase. Bought for my 15 month old, my 5 and 8 year old both enjoy playing with their younger sibling on this. Really glad we got this!

This playset is great for my 2 yr old granddaughter. She can climb and slide on it without my help, which she loves because she's very independent. It was real easy to put together but wish the directions were a bit more detailed. I would love to see a roof on it, for the cost this should definitely be included. Overall...great playset for toddlers and preschool.

Takes 2 people to set up. The directions manual is poorly designed. You have to flip though the pages to find the next step.
Other than that it is a great product. Although with my son's short attention span he doesn't play on it very long lol
