My girls were super-excited about this house. Unfortunately the roof deflated within hours. I am giving this 4 stars because customer service was very helpful and we are now awaiting a replacement.

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for christmas. Of course, like every other review I have read on this product, it came with a hole. Ours was in the back wall and one blown up the wall would slowly deflate leaving us to have to reinflate every few days. It is now sitting in our garage deflated. Daughter had no interest in this. Such a waste of money.
I also have a few friends that bought this same product for their daughters and had the same problem. HOLES!!! Step 2, take this off of shelves, quit selling it because it obviously is not made correctly.

i couldn't afford the sweetheart house that I really wanted for my grandchild whose father is really ill and can't work; I wanted to give her something special because right now he is not able to do much with her. I did buy the inflatable one which leaked the first day we bought it. I am not wealthy but this was a real case of being ripped off We should be offered a discount or something. For the price we pay for these products they should be able to last a little while. What I read about the sweetheart one, there is alot of things to be done to it flooring, who wants to put it out in the yard for the child to play in when it doesn't even have a floor. All of this for [$]. Can't believe it.

I bought this for my daughters 2nd birthday and she was so excited about it. To bad by the end of the day it was deflating. My husband inflated it again but in the morning it had fallen flat. She still wants to play with it but it won't keep air no matter what we do. Waste of my money! And from what it looks like it was a waste of a lot of others money too.

soo sad..we couldn't even get it blown up and one side of the fort as well as the roof popped and got holes in them, very cheaply made, we have it ducked taped because my 2 year old and 4 year old wanted to play it in still...Very cute fort but tooo cheap.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
