    Comments about Step2 Pound & Sound Workbench™ - 2 Pack:

My son loves this toy, we have especially enjoyed watching him pretend to fix thing around the house with the toy tools. We were extremely sad when the toy saw broke, but were confident that Step 2 would offer a replacement, at a cost of course. I was very disappointed by the Customer Service dept when we called to order a replacement. They dismissed us automatically and insisted we would have to reorder a 2 pack of the item. This seemed excessive to my husband and I, and we were upset they were not willing to work with us being a children's toy company. We will now need to purchase a different set.

Son received as a Christmas gift and the legs fall off every time he tries to use it. Attempted to super glue legs together and only two legs stayed up. Would return but threw package out.

      Comments about Step2 Pound & Sound Workbench™ - 2 Pack:

My one year old son received this as a Christmas gift. He enjoys playing with it, using all the tools, and likes the sounds it makes. HOWEVER, the legs fall off every time the toy is manipulated. My son doesn't seem to care but I find it to be very frustrating.

          Comments about Step2 Pound & Sound Workbench™ - 2 Pack:

My daughter was interested in this gift and it seems like it falls apart when she gets close to it. When she starts playing with it the legs come off... she steps back and says, "what happened?" My husband is going to take it to his shop to try to work on the legs. It is cheaply made, flimsy plastic. I expected better quality... it was a disappointment!

I bought it to entertain the grandkids when they visit. It doesn't work right when its not on the legs, and the legs will not stay on. Advise not to buy until it is fixed.
