After researching reusable pouches, I had some reservations. First, I found the reusable pouches are pretty expensive as well - some of them are $15 for 4 pouches. Second, I wasn't completely sold on the zip-lock feature to keep the food inside. What if it came open in my bag? YIKES - that would be a mess. Third, how can you clean these things and feel confident that you aren't giving your child contaminated food. With so many nooks and corners, I just couldn't see myself being vigilant in getting in clean - especially, since we all know, when we are at the park or museum with the kids, when they give us back their snack containers, those suckers can end up in the diaper bag for several days. When I discovered the Infantino Fresh squeezed products I was so excited to try them. I love that I get to control what goes into my kids bodies! An added bonus, is you can freeze the pouches for up to 2 months -so you can make a bunch at once and when you are ready to head out with the kids, throw one in the lunch bag - you've got an instant icepack and it's defrosted when the kids are ready for a snack. Throw it out when they are done. I have also purchased the Squeeze keeper and really like it. It's easy to clean using a bottle brush.

I have not been able to use this product because there were not pouches in my box! The box clearly states 10 pouches are included. I have emailed Customer Support because the 1-800 number only leads to a voicemail stating that the "Extension is not available at this time" and does not even identify Infantino as the party reached.

I am highly disappointed to find out upon unpacking the unit that the pouches are NOT REUSABLE. I have found the product packaging to be confusing and uninformative as the only place that it is stated that the pouches are not to be re-used is in a refrigerator magnet in the box that describes the use of the product.

I was really looking forward to enjoying this product and am disappointed and frustrated.

Comments about Infantino Squeeze Station:

As a first time mom, it is important to me that my little man get the best nutrition possible. I love the organic store bought pouches but I had two hesitations 1) where is this being made? 2) they are so expensive! I love the convenience factor of pouches, so making my own organic food seemed to be the best option. Now, I'll be honest, this was incredibly time consuming. The first time around I cooked approximately 8 fruits/veggies and after pureeing them, made pouches. It took a grand total of 4 hours, start to finish, but I had 40 pouches and even with the cost of the machine AND pouches, I still came out ahead compared to store bought, per unit.

This product is very easy to use and while it can be messy, clean up is a breeze and overall it is incredibly cost efficient!

Comments about Infantino Squeeze Station:

What is not to love about this product. I know what is really in the pouch, its fresh, its healthy. my five year old eats the same as my 1 year old. Its easy to store easy to clean. My only complaint would be finding the pouches. It's extremely simple to use and easy to clean. I just love it. I even use the tubes sometimes to fill up my popsicle molds.

I knew I was going to fall in love with this product when I saw it online. It's so easy to use, much less time consuming than my 2oz cups, especially since my 8 month old is now eating more than 4oz at a time. This product is perfect for him now and will continue to be used in my family for snacks when he gets older!
