Comments about Step2 Tools and Trains Play Set:

I brought this as a present for my 3 1/2 yr old grandson. It was real easy to put together. He loves that his hotwheels fit on the traintracks. It would be better if you could build onto it. And the toolbench I wuld recommend for children a bit older. He loves the tools but he is not able to build most of the items without help.

Comments about Step2 Tools and Trains Play Set:

We have the train table only, and LOVE IT! I purchased it for my son 3 years ago for his birthday. He and the next child still play with it frequently. It handles rough little boy play and is the first thig friends go to when they come over. I would and have recommended this table to many friends.

Best part ever - the tracks are built in. I don't have to build and rebuild for young children who aren't able to build the tracks themselves and knock them over all the time.

Comments about Step2 Tools and Trains Play Set:

It's ok I guess. I wanted to return it but I had to pay for shipping which I just did not want to do. But my 3 year old son just isn't into it like I thought he would be. I don't think it's worth the price.

CYNTHIA L: I'm sorry I can not help answer your question - we bought these items for our grandson for Christmas - we have not opened the boxes yet. From looking at the pictures on the boxes - I don't see how legos would work with either item. Dec 13, 2014

rachael w: You can play with Legos on the table (when you have the table top on); however, the Legos don't attach to the table itself. So if you are looking for a Lego compatible table this probably isn't what you are looking for. Dec 14, 2014

Mark R: They cannot. It is just the plastic train table and a white wood top. There is no place for legos to attach. I suppose you could just build legos on the white top. Dec 13, 2014

LYNDSEY T: It comes with a board to make it a table top, you could sit at it and make Lego on top but there is no where to do Lego ibn the actual train track area Dec 13, 2014
