This wagon really needs rubber tires. The hard plastic tires provide a rough and extremely noisy ride. Not peaceful at all.

Comments about Step2 Versa Seat Wagon:

After receiving the wagon I called to complain because the wheels I was sent do not have rubber tread. They are just hard black plastic. I purchased this wagon in part because the description said the wheels have rubber tread, while many of the other wagons don't have this in the description. When I called, the lady from step2 told me that all of their wagon wheels are exactly the same and are made out of a rubber/plastic composite. I have to tell you, there must be very little rubber in this composite because it looks and feels nothing like the trikes we have that I love because the rubber tread which overlays the plastic wheels gives great traction. It looks and feels like cheap hard black plastic. Now I have to decide if I care enough a out it to return it.

Comments about Step2 Versa Seat Wagon:

I initially bought this for my grandson's and niece's 2nd birthday. My sister-in-law uses it rarely. I took my grandson on several walks in the winter and spring. My daughter borrowed it one day and has not returned it, she uses it all the time! It fits perfectly in the back of her SUV. I have a car and it does not fit at all, it just makes more sense for her to keep it. I should have bought the one with the canopy. At the time I bought it I thought it was frivolous, but once I used the wagon, there were many, many times I wished I had a canopy for it.

Comments about Step2 Versa Seat Wagon:

I can't believe your two seater wagons have a weight limit of only 75lbs for 2 children. I wanted to love this but my children have already outgrown the weight capacity. Will be forced to buy a wagon from someone else that we can grow into.

          Service and delivery comments:

increase your weight capacity for 2 seater wagons

George E asked: So many wagons. How to choose? I'm looking for a gift for a friend with 3 year old twins (boys). She lives in the city (New York), so the strolling is going to be mostly sidewalks and playgrounds. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Jul 16, 2013

Daniel M: Hi George, We have 2 children and wanted a wagon for daily usage. We opted for the Choo choo wagon and bought 2 extra cars, one we use to transport the material (bags and toys), the 4th wagon is only attached when we bring a neighbour's son along. We relly like the choo choo because each child has his/her own car so it prevents most kicking and fighting during the travel. The only issue is that all extra cars are orange! Jul 16, 2013

Cynthia C: I love my canopy cruise wagon. I also have twins but they are now 24, each has a little girl that I babysit. The canopy is a must for safety and to keep them out of the weather. Since you pull the wagon behind you safety is a big concern, with the canopy it's harder for someone to grab one of the children. I use mine a lot. I had to replace the canopy and the step2 customer service was GREAT! I had my new canopy within days and at no cost with the 1 year warranty. So many fun things to do with this wagon and with the seat belt the children are safe and secure. This wagon is easy to move in and around town.
            Love it! Love it!

Marie S: We purchased the OSU wagon for Two Plus. We've used the wagon in pulling two children, ages 4 and 1 1/2. The wagon has seat belts, a door latch, a compartment for storage, and has been reliable and stable. I put it together (60 year old grandmother). I would suggest that you look for similar features. Bonnie B: We bought the canopy wagon a couple years ago, and we still love it. There is plenty of storage space & cup holders and you can use it with out without the canopy! The kids love it (now 5 & 3 years old). Jul 16, 2013

amelia b: We love our osu wagon but use it for my granddaughter who just turned three. I live in the city too so I deal with sidewalks and playgrounds with two kiddos in it it's a little harder to pull and steer due to the weight. Does she have double stroller? It may be easier to navigate in the big city Jul 17, 2013

Helen M: The wagon wth the canopy is the best! We use it all the time! We take it to the parks and the zoos. The hard canopy is great because it has a cup holder for your drink and a small covered compartment for your phone. I have two girls and they love going on wagon rides. Hope this helps! Good luck! Lisa B: I bought the Step 2 Choo Choo Wagon for our twin boys. Our boys love trains so when they saw the Choo Choo Wagon they were ecstatic! They love each having their own special car to ride in, and they both like facing forward (which can't be done with a regular wagon). Jul 18, 2013

jonathan l: I have three year old triplets and we use the step two choo choo wagon. I absolutely love it. The nice thing about it is that the kids have their own space. And if your friend has more kids she can add an extra car to accommodate him or her Jul 16, 2013
