Love it!!
This was the first major, outdoor purchase I made for my daycare. I chose this one because I don't have a lot of experience with Step2 and I wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of their products before I made a big investment. The kids love it and so do I. It is the perfect size for 2 toddlers, 3 if they don't mind being a little crowded. I put it together myself in under 45 minutes. The only issue I had was that the screw that holds the sink/table on didn't quite line up with the hole and eventually fell off. We popped it back in and it sags a little but the kids couldn't care less. I just bought the Naturally Playful picnic table and intend to purchase another, bigger playhouse as well as a climbing structure in the next few months. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller playhouse.

My son loves it but, I just find out that some how water is getting in to the walls and I can not get it to drain,so I don't see it to last next year that is alot of money for one year of play!!!!

Hi there,
I am a 12 month old who loves my birthday present. I love to hold onto the sides and walk around the outside. I love to ring the doorbell and open/shut the door (constantly). My 3 1/2 year old sister loves playing house with her dollies inside.
One feature my mommy and daddy kept talking about was that this cottage was covered so we can play while being shaded.
Mommy was able to put the cottage together quite easily, but she kept scratching her head as to why Step 2 would use such a way to anchor the walls to the roof in such a way. I don't seem to notice though! Thank you for making such a great playcenter. I love it!

My husband and I have two very active grandsons. Ever since my son assembled it and placed it in our backyard, the kids want to play there all the time. They get upset when we want to bring them inside. Really a very nice looking play house, sturdy, weather resistant, a true beauty for the kids.

I bought this adorable house for my 2 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it and wants to play in it all day.. I have to say I was a little nervous about putting it together and am proud to say it took me 1 hour all by myself. It was not difficult at all. It seems pretty sturdy also. GREAT PRICE~~~

My son (13 months) loves this playhouse. He opens the doors & shutters and rings the doorbell over & over again. I assembled it myself (not too bad, the posts were a little challening). We have it on our deck.
My only concern about the playhouse is that it's supposed to go indoors when the temp is below 32F. I didn't realize that when I bought it. But we'll find a place for it in the wintertime. It's a great product and we're hoping to get many years of fun out of it.

My 2 YO daughter is very entertained and seems to enjoy it, but the plastic seems flimsy and I was very frustrated that half of the amount of screws to assemble the house were missing. It serves it's purpose though.

Grandma purchased for my two grandchildren - 18 and 14 months. They love it! I laminated mail and they spend hours ringing the doorbell and trying to say "mailman." Right now it's in the living room during winter snows, but it is perfect size for my sunroom the remainder of the year - for 24/7 access. I'm sure they will outgrow at some point, but it's really perfect size and fun for toddlers.

Table could use a little more support - especially wee ones use it as support to get up on the little benches. I bought a plunger, sawed off the handle and put it under the table. The plunger stays put and it gives the table just the right amount of extra support.

I bought this house for my 2 year old (who is now 3 years old and 39 inches tall.) during our stormy season to give him something to play in while he couldn't be outside. This house is the BEST. The doorbell and phone are great little features. It has it's own floor so when you put it outside you don't have to sit on the ground. We put a regular sized bath rug in the bottom and viola we have wall to wall carpeting. It was an absolute BREEZE to assemble. Easy. It has held up to absolutely everything! We even put up wrapping paper on the walls for wallpaper. The door and windows are cute too. My son LOVES opening and closing things and this is just perfect. A+ at an affordable price.

I was going to get a kitchen for my 14 month old son, but my husband convinced me to by the playhouse. My son Loves it!!! He plays in it throughout the day and has so much fun. We use it indoors for now because it's winter,...but we might just keep it indoors since he uses it like a fort. He takes all his balls into the house and launches them out the windows, then goes & retrieves the balls & does it all over again. He also love the phone that came with it. He carries it all over the house with him. He also has a talking broom which he takes inside the house and pretends to sweep the floor. He loves to open & close the door, and likes opening & closing the shutters as well. He sits in one of the seats inside and just stares out into the living room to see what mommy & daddy are up to out there. He really has enjoyed this purchase and it was worth every penny! It is hours of entertainment for him (and us!)Thanks Step2 for another successful product that my son loves!
