I had a bit of trouble installing the lock - but once I got past that part it was a snap to put together. Love this mailbox.

The mailbox was the closest I could find to a column for our driveway to put our business sign on. It's worked perfectly. Gives our house number, which makes the local fire department happy and the 911, but it's perfect for our business sign.

I got this item so we could go out of town and not have to stop our mail. It worked great this past week when we were out of town. Time will tell how good is holds up, butthe first time try it worked perfect.

this is a great product.......looks attractive and does the job well. I love the fact that the mail carrier can just drop my packages in the bottom!

Reconfigure door closures to make it somewhat water proof. This would keep mail dry.

The Mailmaster fits in perfectly with the decor of my yard with lots of flowers. I love the looks and size of it! We do use it as a mailbox and decoration.

Great value and easy to assemble. Hopefully not too attractive as that tends to attract vandals that had taken the bat to the last mailbox

Door magnet system needs substantial improvement for both closure and water leak prevention. These are simple corrections and should have been caught by the original design personnel.
