my Boys love trains and the this table seems to be most appropriate for their age. Tracks stay in place which is a huge plus, very durable, even takes the two of them climbing on top. The train that comes with the table broke after a day and the bridge snapped off, but all the Thomas trains they have work fine. They love so I guess I do too, should last a few yrs.

We' bought this as a present for my 3 yr old nephew. Being new parents, we weren't sure what to get for him having little experience with sort of thing. We bought this for him, and he loved it. He's been playing with it nonstop. It was easy for my sister and I to put together and so far it has withstood little boys loading and unloading trains, train crashes, and the occasional train race. We're thrilled with it and my sister is thrilled that it has a lid so she doesn't have to pick up train parts all the time. The craft table feature is handy to. It gets used quite a bit.

We bought this table for our son because it was a pre-Christmas sale. He absolutely loves it and uses it with his miniture "Cars" cars... I would warn however that the bridge and station don't like to stay put and the pieces break easily... The side of the bridge snapped off and the train wheels broke. Next time I will spend the extra money for a better quality product.

We use both uses of this table equally! The table top is as much fun as the "train" track itself. I love the no mess track that is already built in. The train being battery operated is a great addition! This would be a great addition to anyone who loves trains!!

At the end of the day, the table holds all the little toys from play and can be covered with the top leaving the play area neat.
