Great product - Daughter loves it!
We purchased this for our toddler and the seat belt was too small. We just called the customer service line and explain the situation and they are going to mail us a bigger seat belt.

Grandma bought this item for my 1-1/2 year old daughter for christmas. I like the slide, but the swing is useless. The straps are way to small. The straps over the shoulder are okay, but the strap between the legs are either to short or not centered properly. Not sure if this is a defect or just poor workmanship. I have placed a call to the manufacturer regarding this product.

Bought for my 10 month old grandson
middle harness between legs does not fit properly , its too short !!
So after hauling large box home , assrmeling , we then had to take apart , re pack haul large box back to store to return
Very unhappy & disapointed !!
Will Check out Little Tykes instead

It was easy to put together, if you have a drill. A screwdriver will take you longer. The steps were easy to follow. The only thing we had a problem with was the seatbelt on the swing. This product is rated for 1-4 years of age, but the belt didn't even fit our 14 month old. I don't think it would fit her at 6 or 7 months. The shoulder straps are adjustable but not the strap that comes between the legs. We would have kept this product if that was adjustable.[...]

I bought this for my son who's 2 and my niece 3, since the age range is 1 1/2-4. I think the age range is a little off, more like for 1-3, and even 3 is pushing it. It does the job when we can't go to the park, but the slide is small and the swing is only rated for 33lbs. He's almost out grown it and we've only had it a month!
