My toddler loves this desk! It has helped her to learn to color only on paper and not on the furniture! I love the attached seat so my toddler cannot move it like a seperate chair to get into things. She enjoys storing her coloring books and papers inside the desk and seat. My daughter also loves to "sort" crayons or pencils to put in all the areas for holding art supplies and turning the light on and off. I know she will enjoy using this for many years to come.

its a great desk for children 3 feet and under, till my kid grows taller then maybe ill be getting the art master. one issue is that i bought an adaptor for the light but apparently the space around the light/adaptor socket is to cramp that i couldnt get the adaptor to connect without breaking something, just bought 4 batteries which died out in 3 days of use... anyways, great product!

My grandson is small for his 2 yrs. of age, so the write desk is just the right size. The light above the workspace is a nice touch. Good storage under the seat and it has a nice holding section for pens and crayons. It doesn't take up a lot of space and can be moved about from room to room. Noah is enjoying being creative at his own little desk!

My daughter received this for her first birthday. Overall, she loves it, but she continually tries to climb up to the top. We obviously don't turn our heads when she's playing on it. The light worked for a while, but one of the battery connections melted several batteries and heated up to the point of burning us so we've just forgone the light altogether.

My 23 month old Granddaughter loves this desk. She loves pushing the button to turn the light on, and puts her crayons in the many trays around the writing area. She has already gotten crayon on the plastic, but it wipes right off.

My son is 18 months old and he LOVES this desk. It was simple to assemble, and the moment it was together he sat right down and begin his little works of art. It is small, so I would reccomend for younger toddlers rather than older.

My grandson is tall for his age of 21 months. I purchased this desk and had to exchange it for the slightly bigger Flip and Doddle desk because I thought he would not fit in the Write Desk comfortably. My grandson loves the Flip and Doodle Desk with the stool. I bought 2, one for his house and one for mine so he had a desk in both places.

We bought this for our 20 month old for Christmas and so far it has been great. When we received it we got two right cup holders, we contacted step 2 and they were very quick to send out a new one. My daughter sits and draws on it and also uses it as a step stool to reach our fan remotes and light switches. We have lots of step 2 products and I think they are wonderful. Thanks step 2 for great products!!

We bought this Desk for our 3-year old and it's the perfect size for her. We especially liked that the seat is "attached" and can't be taken away and used for things like "step stools" to where she should not be going! Very durable and the light over the drawing area is a nice touch! Would highly recommend this product to anyone that has or babysits little ones!

I bought this for my 16 month old granddaughter as it was a smaller size than many desks. I liked the fact that the seat was attached. It is the perfect size for her to climb in and out by herself. She should get plenty of use out of this for the next couple of years. This product is durable and the perfect size...even for those with space limitations (ie. small living room).

This desk was relatively ease to assembled except for the lack of predrilled holes for some of the areas.

My daughter really was drawn to the bright colors, storage areas, and found out about the light on her own.

Nevertheless, I am returning this model and will try for the Master Activity desk. My child is rather tall for her age, and although she fits now, I can forsee in a month or two this preattached seat model just not working for us.

Therefore, I would advise this model for parents with small children with(height and weight) measurements and not just go by the age recommendations.

The product needs to be weighted down somehow - our 18 month old can push it around the kitchen. It would also be nice to have a way for the paper to be help down so that it doesn't move around.

The white board works well with washable markers.

Overall, a good product, keeps the little one occupied!

My child really enjoys this product. We are using it for her "preschool" lessons. The only real complaint on this product is the legs are a little to flimsy. They move back and forth as she moves in the desk. Also, the light didn't work. Over all, we like it alot.

The product was purchased for our neice's son for Christmas. My wife and I examined the product when it arrived and it appears to be as advertised. It has been wrapped and will be put to the test Christmas Day.

This compact desk is perfect for small spaces. It gives enough drawing room for my 3 year old. She loves having easy access to her crayons and markers. The storage bench is small but easily fits her extra markers and paint supplies. The overhead light powers off after a short period of time. My daughter has to constantly turn it back on when drawing for one hour.

We got this for our 21 month old daughter for Christmas last year. At the time I was still working from home and it allowed her to work right along with me. One year later, I am no longer working but she continues to use her desk daily. It was a great buy and has provided daily fun for her.

This is my first time being disappointed in a Step 2 product. The two things that I really dislike are:
1)The flimsy drawing area. I can see this easily breaking off as it appears to be nothing more than fiberboard/cardboard attached with plastic hinges.
2)The light is in such an awkard, tight position it is VERY difficult to screw/unscrew, even with the screwdriver provided. Also, you have to detach the light to change it's batteries.

Besides the aforementioned problems, it's a cute desk and the perfect size for a young toddler.

My granddaughter, nearly 2 1/2, loves this desk. She loves opening it and getting out paper to do her "projects." She can easily get in and out of the seat by herself. The cup holders double to hold a cup of juice or milk for "snack time" because it's difficult to get her to leave her desk while she's "busy."

I highly recommend this sturdy desk to anyone with a young child/grandchild.

We love just about everything we've gotten from Step 2. Bought this desk for our 22 month old and she sits right next to me while I work at my own desk. Just the right size for her and she loves to store her own supplies in it.

I LOVE this desk! I bought this for my 17 month old son and he absolutley loves it. I was originally looking for a wood desk or table/chair set, but I had a hard time justifying high costs for something he would grow out of. I came across this desk and thought I would give it a try. My son would sit and draw at his desk all day if I would let him! He loves organizing his crayons, and putting away his paper and coloring books. Great amount of storage in both the seat and the flip top desk storage.

And if he gets crayon on the desk...a baby wipe does the trick! I am going to be a nanny starting in a couple months and I am going to buy a second one to keep at my employers house, so my son has one to play with when we are there!

I bought this for my daughter when she was 18 months. She still uses it and she is 4 1/2. I've never had a problem with the construction and it is the perfect size to fit anywhere. I use a Mr. Clean eraser to clean and it's never been a problem. It has been one of the best purchases I have made and it's a great price.

My daughter loves this desk, and it has been perfect for her since she was around 18 months old. She has always been one to love to draw and create. This desk is the perfect size for her and has great storage. My only complaint is the light. It does not last long at all, and has an a/c adapter jack on the opposite side of the switch that I can not find an adapter for! I was hoping it would be an option to order on the website, but so far no luck.

My 22 month old loves to color at this desk. He spends a lot of time checking out the individual sections and hiding things in the seat. My recommendations would be to change the way the legs are attached (just a screw pushed through plastic) and to add a clip holder to the table top to keep your paper from sliding off.

The ONLY thing I would change about this product is the light. The light does not stay on but for a few seconds. It is pointless. I bought one for my 3 year old son and my 22 month old daughter. I put the desks side by side and they love to color on them. The best part of this desk is the bench. I would say this desk is perfect for 1 to 4 year olds.

My 2 year old just loves this desk. His favorite part is being able to turn the light on and off all by himself. It stores all your crayons and markers, as well as paper and coloring books. The seat even has storage for play-doh or the like. It's nice and compact so it doesn't take up very much space in his already full room.
