We haven't used this yet because it's a christmas present for our 3-year old, but I just know she's going to love it. There were cheaper play vanities out there, but I have found that the higher quality products from Step2 are well worth the additional cost. Especially since we also have a 2-year old that will also be able to enjoy it as well for years to come!

I had a hard time finding a vanity for my 4 year old. Most were just too little for her. This one is nice with room to grow. We love the big mirror and wide table top. My only wish was more storage, like drawers in the sides. She put her scarves and gloves in the seat and make-up in the drawer. Would have liked room for her jewelry. Had a little trouble getting the screws in the mirror to table. Other than that, we are VERY pleased and would certainly recommend to others.

This is great for our daughter who turned 5. She is always in front of the mirror which is clear to see and it fits her size very well. The drawer and top are a perfect touch instead of just a plain top. The colors are very bright and very girly which is a must for ours.

My 4 year old daughter just loves it! It's sturdy and easy to clean. When assembling it is a good idea to use a powered screwdriver, it can be a little difficult to get the screws in otherwise.

My 2 year old daughter uses this product and she absolutely loves it! The greatest part was how affordable it was and compared to other more expensive vanities the quality was by far superior.
The only negative comment I would have is that the seat cover comes off to easy. My daughter sometimes has difficulty sitting down without the cover sliding out from under her.

This vanity is very sturdy and durable so far. It was a gift for my 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 year old daughters. I also bought them some little pretend make-up brushes to go with it. Honestly, they don't play with it that much. I think once they are older and into dressing up and stuff like that, they will love it a lot more!

I was very happy to see my nieces opening up their vanity during our Christmas family gathering. We only took one out of the box at that time and the two girls actually fought to sit in the one chair as toddlers will do!! I am hearing that they are loving their vanity and bringing their moms some relief because they'll play with it (and a Step 2 kichen we purchased as well!!) for good amounts of time during the day. My own children are all grown but my daughter had a lot of the Step 2 items as she grew up and they were always built tough and provided many hours of enjoyment.

My four year old loves it. It has a lot of open space for all of her accessories and room to store them in the stool. Only draw back is the top of the stool slides off easily.

We bought this vanity for our 5 year old daughter for Christmas. The size is great, she still has lots of room to grow. The only problem we have is the lid of the seat slides off easily, but I'm sure that could be corrected with Velcro. My husband had an easy time putting it together, and the finished product looks good. We didn't put all of the stickers on, because I'm not crazy about that look. We had intended to have this in our playroom, but our daughter loved it so much that she wanted it in her room. I agreed, and although I am very particular about the decor of her room, the vanity looks cute and doesn't stick out. Overall, a great purchase at a super price!

My daughter loves her vanity. She loves to watch herself in the mirror, so this was the perfect Santa gift this year! It was easy to assemble and the stickers are cute. The mirror has a nice reflection, not distrorted like some plastic mirrors.
I wish it came with more accesories though. We purchased a separate Barbie set to add to the fantasy play. Overall, i am happy with the purchase. I am a big fan of Step 2 and continue to come back!

We bought this vanity for our 3 year-old for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! It is perfect for her size. She can see herself very clearly in the mirror. There is ample space to store her make-up and jewelry. The only mistake we made was not making her wait to open it last because she didn't want to open any more of her Christmas presents after the vanity. She just wanted to sit and look at herself in the mirror. : )

We shopped many stores looking for a vanity. Knowing that Step 2 has excellent products I should have began with Step 2. We are more than pleased with the quality and durablity of Step 2 Fantasy Vanity. Our three year old loves having her own "princess table" she loves looking in the mirror pretending to do her hair and make up. The stool with storage is a bonus that fits well in the vanity. It is compact enough to fit well in a child's bedroom or play area but large enough for a Kindergartener to use.

The product is very cute and my daughter loves it. She loves putting things in the drawer. However, the drawer pulls out the whole way, so it usually winds up on the floor or on top of the vanity. A drawer stop would be a great improvement. Also, she has knocked it over a few times because it's slightly top heavy. This is resolved by putting it against a wall. This product was a big hit!

I bought this for my 4 yr. old daughter (will be 5 in January) for Christmas & she loves it. She's very tall for her age & her legs fit comfortably under the vanity. Doesn't have music & lights like alot of the other ones I looked at but seems to be much more stable. Love the storage under the seat.

This is a great product. My daughter loves it. The only thing that is a con is the seat lid comes off easily. Other than that it is great. Its a good size, the mirror is great. It has little compartments for her "make up" and brushes. It was easy to assemble.

We love this, BUT I wish the lid to the seat had more of a tight fit. When my daughter sits on the stool and turns or reaches for something on the vanity the lid slips out from under her bottom.

Cute design and good quality as all of our prior Step 2 purchases have been. My only issue is the bench is wobbly on carpet, but we filled with some heavy toys which seemed to help. Would have liked to see more accessories, too. Overall a good purchase and would recommend.

My almost 5 year old got this for Christmas. She is very tall for her age and she has plenty of room to grow. She is in love with it and hasn't hardly stopped playing with it since she got it. She loves putting on her "make-up" and doing her hair. It is great for imaginative play. The drawer does come out a bit to easy, but it is also easy for her to put back in by herself.[...]

We were missing a 1 1/2" screw for the mirror, found a similar one in our toolbox, then had extra small screws we didn't need. One side of the mirror did not have a good indentation for the long screw - that took some doing to get that attached. However, it's together and we know our granddaughter will love it. We are leaving the placement of the decor for her & her mom.

We bought this for my daughter for her 3rd birthday and she loves it. My 20 month old loves it too. We didn't even have a chance to put the stickers on before they were both at the mirror. We love that it came with the comb, brush and hand mirror. The clean up is easy too, wipes down quickly (we also bought play make-up...rethinking that! lol :) The stool stores under the vanity and has storage space for dress up clothes. It's perfect for the budding fashionista or princess.

My 3.5 year old daughter was SO excited when she got this for her birthday! She will sit at it for long periods of time brushing her hair and doing her "makeup." We gave her a makeup bag with a set of brushes with the vanity so she can REALLY get into pretending. I chose this one because it looked cute and looked like it would hold up well. Also, I thought my daughter would like how it lights up and the storage seat. So far, everything has been right on.

It was easy to assemble. All parts fit correctly. Seat seemed to tip easily. Her eyes sparkled when we took it out of the box.
This is the best vanity out there. All the others have too many features that sit on the vanity top, so the little girls can't even play with their jewelry and makeup. We bought this for my 5 year old when she was 2 and we are buying another one for our 2 year. The storage seat is the best.

I was amazed at the good quality of the reflection in the mirror -- it's very usable.
The only drawback is that the stool's lid seems to come off easily, even when she's just fidgeting on it.
My daughter keeps asking for a second one just because she loves it so!!!

I bought this vanity and stool for my granddaughter when she was 3. Now she is 4 and still uses it everyday when she plays dress-up or is getting ready. She stores her treasures inside the stool and plays princess with it being her throne. My granddaughter wanted the Disney one that talks when she saw it at the store, but when I looked at it, it was way too small for her. She is in the 95th percentile for her age in height, but she still has plenty of growing room in the Fantasy Vanity at four years old. It is very sturdy and I put it together myself in about ten minutes. I would definitely recommend this toy to any little princess!

Easy to assemble. Matches nicely with the Castle bed offered by Step2. Cleans up nicely. Small vanity stool fun for the little ones to put their "item" in. Our daughter immediately put her pajamas in it!
