My husband and I bought this toybox when our son turned 2. I love it. All of his toys fit in it and then some. It is easy for him to open and close. My son is rough on toys and a year later this toybox is still standing and it looks like new (other than a few extra stickers he has added to it). I am now shopping for another toy box similar to it for our second child.
I bought this and the matching tool chest dresser. The tool chest dresser is great! Made of high quality thick plastic etc. This toy chest is made from really flimsy plastic. I opened the box and realized I could have bought a huge rubbermaid at a fraction of the cost. Yes, it stores a lot of toys but my son is 18 months old and cannot even begin to reach down and get toys out. If you're looking for a functional toy chest for your toddler, this is NOT it. Dome top makes it really difficult for toddlers to get toys out. Cheaply made and frankly, not worth the money.

We use this for storing all of my sons toys and it does a great job. It holds a ton of toys!

Great storage. Holds alot but yellow lid can come off easily if you play with it which my younger son 15mo does.

We bought this for my son during Christmas because we had to have somewhere to put all of his new toys. We really like it because it holds a lot of toys. It holds so many because of the domed top. You have the storage space in the bottom and you can pile toys all the way up the dome. We liked it so much that we purchased the Step 2 Stock Car bed to go with it.
