This is a complete set of a beautiful town. It is a combination of small collections. I didn't like that we have more than 2 people that are the same. So we have 2 set of twins. Lots of cars, which my kids love. The sounds are wonderful and the 'mat' that comes with it is also durable and very attractive. My 3 year old is not really liking this as much as the play kitchen that we bought from here. But I'm sure that when she gets older, she will love it.

My grand daughter will play with this alot - she uses her imagination and role plays with the characters. I love the fact there's two Grandma's!

I have two children ages 21 months and 3 1/2. It is great that it can be used by both of them. They spend hours playing and it is so fun to listen to their little imaginations. My mother got them started on them and keeps them at her house and we only need a few more pieces to have the entire set. Grown ups seem to really enjoy this one because it brings the kid out in us too!!

I love the product, when it is at its best. [...] I was disappointed because it was a gift that was opened at a party. It appeared defective and dangerous. So, my review is mixed. I have used several products in this line and have found them age appropriate and sturdy. This set had a few problems.

My granddaughter, at age 4, totally loves this product. She has an avid imagination and uses it very well with this village collection. I got a thank you and "I love you Mimi" from her for giving it to her. There were only the two problems with all the pieces. The fountain is crooked and the umbrella on the Mainstreet Cafe will not fit the hole that it is suppose to go into. I will definitely buy more as we are expecting another grandchild in April, hopefully a boy so we will need the fire truck and police.

Some pieces are defective.Reading other reviews it does seem to be common. Church door falls off, fountain is bent (leans), umbrella on cafe won't stay on, and one person is missing from collection (man w/driving hat/glasses), duplicates of grandma & grandpa. But, customer service is sending new door to church, they said umbrella dosen't work. Besides all this my kids love the collection and play with for a long time without getting bored easily. It is a great toy that my kids enjoy and I am glad I purchased despite the defects.

Got the product for our daughter and she absolutely LOVES it. Great value for a lot of pieces. If we had more house space, I'd gladly get the rest of the sets too! Would absolutely recommend.

We bought this product because we have a 21 month old daughter who just got a baby sister. We thought this would be a good way to keep her from feeling left out so at the first hint of jealousy we opened her "surprise." It has been wonderful. She loves it and we enjoy playing with it with her. The only negative to this product is that the fountain has a permanent lean (I don't think it is supposed to, but ours does) and the horse and buggy did not come with a saddle hitch (I think that it was supposed to, but ours didn't). Our daughter thinks the carriage is a motor vehicle because there is no way to attach it to the horse...

good learning would recomand to everyone
Very appealing and engaging. Slightly disappointed with umbrella on bakery falling off constantly, door on church falls off often, and I'd rather have a mat than a large puzzle for the road/grass. Nevertheless,the colors are nice and the people and buildings are engaging. Our daughter really seems to like it. I would consider buying more sets.

These are GREAT little playsets!! I bought 2 of the large sets for my daughters and they have not stopped playing with them since they arrived!! I love how they come with LOTS of people and cars, planes and trains!!! Absolutely PERFECT!!!

My grandchildren (ages 20 months and 3 1/2 years) LOVE these sets. Noise is unobtrusive and the children have a great time with them.

We bought this for our almost three year old daughter. She is very into imagine play especially with toys that fit into her hand. She loves this. She takes the people to the store and they go to church. And the best thing is my older kids will sit down and help her design her town on the play mat. It is wonderful and I highly recommend it.
