Great product, truly unique. However, I also had hardware missing. Assembly instructions were great, but frustrating for the kids to have to wait for new pieces to be bought.

Our neighborhood is filled with trampolines and swing sets, so I was searching for something a little different. I have 2 boys (ages 6.5 and 2.5). Most everything we owned my oldest had outgrown. Since we move a lot, I wanted something that could move with us. The Skyward Summit seemed to fit the bill so I ordered it. [...] I must say, hubby is handy, so even though he was put off by the number of screws and bolts, etc... that needed to be configured, he put it together in several hours. (NOTE: if you are not handy, you may need to find someone who is to put this together). My oldest loves the mountain. His friends love the mountain. They use it as a club house and a climber. One downside is that there is a hole at the very top where they can climb up and lower themselves onto the platform. I worry they will fall when they get up that high, but there's no keeping the kids from doing it. It's on soft ground and there are huge anchors that keep it in place. Overall, I recommend the summit - it isn't garish in color and it keeps them moving.

Way Cool

The only drawback was that there was a small bag of hardware (nuts and bolts) missing from our shipment. I am sure that since this is a newer product, those who put the parts in left this bag out. We ran to the hardware store to pick up the parts we needed and were on our way (we did have to go back as I forgot to mark some pieces that were missing - silly wife that I am). We have a four year old girl and a 1 year old boy. They both enjoy it. My son only climbs underneath, but loves it. My daughter loves racing to the top. All in all - totally worth the money and time.

A group of parents collected money to buy this to add to the play yard where my children go to daycare. They have really been enjoying it and the only problem the teachers have had is making sure only a few children at a time are playing on it! Too early to tell how truly durable it is but it seems to be good quality.

Pros:
Durable, Realistic
Cons:
Difficult To Assemble, Shipping damage
Best Uses:
Outdoor
Describe Yourself:

This is a great product, but beware of a few things! First, the trucking company had mangled and tore up the flimsy box it was shipped in. I had some parts missing and had to buy from the hardware store! Took a good day to put together!

But my autistic/ADD boy loves to climb on it! So in the long run, it is worth it!

Just recommend insurance on shipping, JUST IN CASE!
