My daughter loves her kitchen. The accessories are realistic and durable enough to stand up to a two year old. It was easy to assemble and continues to provide hours of endless fun in our home. I like the size and the overall product for the price I paid. I looked and read reviews on other similiar products and I am happy I bought this one.
I wish the sink made a noise like running water. And maybe add a removable shelf (like in stove) under the sink for more storage space. Great product! I could tell alot of thought and planning went into making such a great play kitchen. Thank you.

This was a present for my daughter's 2nd birthday. We assembled it ahead of time and once she saw it, she ignored all of her other wrapped presents and immediately went to her kitchen! It is perfectly sized for one or two smaller kids to play with and not be too overwhelming in the room. There is great realistic detail, too. The adults even commented on how cute and fun it is. We've only had it for less than a week, but she has been playing with it every day. It took about 2 hours for 2 people to assemble, but it wasn't difficult. The instructions are good, but there are many, many screws and stickers. It also takes 12 batteries for the different sound-making devices. The sounds aren't amazing, but add a neat feature. The phone sounds could be louder, too. All in all, very nice product and I look forward to many playful hours with this set.

My daughter got this as a Birthday present and she loves it! She has played with it everyday since. I get comments all the time from her playdates on where we got it? The only thing is that the phone is missing the part that lets it "hang on the toy". She doesn't seem to notice. This is a great kitchen and the food and supplies were nice to have when we opened it so she could start playing right away.
My daughter got a lot of Step 2 products for her birthday and this is her favorite so far. Thanks!

Overall, my kids love this kitchen. There are a couple of things I would change on this model. First of all, I would not have grooves in the cabinets for the plates. Instead, it would be a better space for storing pots and pans, etc. Second, I would change the drawers or put cabinets in their place. My kids take them out, dump them and wear them as hats! I did not put together the toy as it was a gift for my son and brought over in one piece. Both my 3 year old and 16 month enjoy playing with this kitchen.

My 2 year old received this as a birthday gift. She really enjoys making food on the stove top for mom and dad. I did add on extra food, but it does come with some. I would recommend this product for 18 months and up. It seems to be the focal point for all her playdates at our house.

My 16 month old daughter loves this toy. Its the first thing she goes to in the morning when she wakes up and when she comes home from preschool. She enjoys making the pot "boil" and the pan "fry" and is constantly trying out new food combinations for us to try. This is a great way for her to learn the names of different foods and a great way to practice sharing. My only suggestion would be to buy your child some additional plastic food items.

After months of research I decided upon this kitchen and am not disappointed! I love the real sounds and the look of the kitchen. It's perfect birthday gift and my 2 year old loves it! Lots of storage or little food & dishes! Super cute!

It fits perfectly in the space we alotted for it. My soon to be 2 year old plays with it constantly as does her 8 year old sister and the sister's friend who came over to play yesterday. The food is realistic and the cooking sounds, oven sounds, and phone are great. I was particularly pleased that it came with food and utensils and pots and pans and place settings. The kitchen is an early birthday present for the baby and she adores it. The light over the sink is a particular favorite and she keeps turning it on whenever we turn it off, even if she isn't going to play with the kitchen at that time; she has to have control of that light. I've heard lots of comments from older kids and from adults that they wish they had had one of these kitchens. Then I tell them about that huge walk-in-kitchen you sell and they were really amazed. We bought this kitchen for our daughter's 4th birthday. A play kitchen is all she had talked about wanting, and Step 2 makes great kitchens! We already knew about Step 2 quality from the outside toys our children have (a slide, playhouse, and sand/water table) so our expectations were high, and of course Step 2 exceeded them. Our daughter and son (ages 4 and 1) both love the kitchen, and spend a lot of time playing with it. All of the doors and drawers are great fun for them, and they cook and put away food together. I do think this kitchen is big enough for two small children to play nicely together. It is sturdy and easy to wipe down. My husband and I put it together fairly quickly. It does have several pieces and steps, but the directions are easy to read. I have no negatives to say...we all love a good meal from the Dream Kitchen :)

My son enjoys his kitchen tremendously and plays with it every day. He loves opening and closing the different cabinets and listening to the sounds made by the oven, microwave and burner. I PURCHASED THIS KITCHEN FOR MY 17 MONTH OLD DAUGTHER AND SHE LOVES IT. MY 3 YEAR OLD SON OCCASIONALLY LIKES PLAYING WITH IT AS WELL . THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE VOLUME FOR THE REMOTE CONTROLS IS VERY LOW.

Our daughter just loves this thing and seems to never get tired of it -- which is great for giving us a break sometimes. We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old who fell in love with this kitchen as soon as they saw it in our living room. There are so many different compartments and sounds. Already this has proved to keep both of their attention for long periods of time. The sounds are great and it looks realistic. I wish the doors were a little more sturdy. I could see my son getting rough with it and possibly damaging it easily...but we'll see. Overall, it is great! Good size for mulitiple kids to play with.

My 2.5 year old son first played with a Step 2 kitchen at his friends house-- and it occupied him for hours! I had to tear him away when it was time to leave. For WEEKS afterwords, he asked if he could go to nana's (friend's grandma) to cook. Finally, I ordered this kitchen to save my sanity! And it did! When the kitchen arrived, my son saw the picture on the outside of the box and insisted we put it together immediately. I told him that daddy would put it together when he got home from work, but he wouldn't stop asking me so I got out the drill and screwdrivers. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble with he and his 1.5 year old sister assisting (surely, this slowed me down!) There were only a few frustrating moments, but overall the assembly wasn't awful. Since then, we have had plastic food served to us several times a day, oranges and plates, beef patties and frying pans laying all over the house! They love, love, love their kitchen. Their favorite feature is the burner that makes cooking noises with the special frying pan and the under-cabinet light. The phone makes noises, but it's very hard to hear. This kitchen has ample storage for all the pretend food and dishes. It easily accommodates both my 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old playing at the same time. Be careful if you have climbers like mine-- both my kids climb on the counter and stand up trying to sit on the very top!! Overall, the color scheme is nice and realistic, the quality seems durable so far and I would highly recommend this kitchen. I expect to get years of good use out of it!

My daughter hasn't got to play with it yet. We are saving it for her birthday, but it was pretty easy to put together. I did it alone while my husband was out of town with out a power drill. I did it all by hand. I don't understand what all the complaints about putting it together were. I wish it had more accessories.

We bought this for our 2 and 3 year old children who are having a blast with it! Our 6 year old has had fun with it too. Our neighbor girls who are 6 and 8 enjoy playing with it too. We bought this for our 2 yr. old son to play with while I was in the kitchen cooking or doing dishes. He has a train table and now this and plays with both everyday! He was thrilled to get a kitchen like Mommy has to cook dinner while I am cooking! He stays busy with all of the wonderful features and accessories! I love that it is big enough to have room to play and not too big for the space! Wonderful for creative play time when I can not be involved. It looks nice and is fun for our son and his friends as well as mommy & daddy and the grandparents! Great buy and worth every penny!

We were afraid it would be difficult to put together but found that it wasn't. However, we would advise putting on the decals "before" it is assembled...it was a little difficut to get them straight after the fact, not that our grandson would care one way or the other. Our grandson plays with it each day and cooks dinner for us often...it has been a great set up for him.

My neice absolutely loved the Dream Kitchen and I think it will provide her years of enjoyment. I wish it came more assembled as my neice was trying to play with it as we were trying to put it together and she was getting frusterated with us adults because we were too slow. In the end we got it together and she played with it all day until her parents had to put her to bed.

i love this kitchen! i read sooo many reviews about kitchens before going with this one...keeping my fingers crossed! it was perfect! everything about it was what i really wanted...lots of storage space with drawers and cabinets, realistic sounds, and of course, so adorable and just the right size for my one and two year old! it was my daughter's first birthday gift, and although recommended for older children, she absolutely loves it and spends plenty of time opening and closing all the cute lil doors, along with her brother!

This kitchen is absolutely adorable. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. Her face lit up when she saw it. She was so excited. It is just perfect for her. It is very durable and easy to clean. It has even more reasistic working things on it than what's in the description. there are so many other reviews about how difficult the assembly was and how th instructions were hard to follow. The instructions were very easy to follow and I actually enjoyed putting it together, maybe it's just me. There could have been a little more food that comes with it, but I plan on purchasing more for it. It's a perfect size even for my daughter whose 4 now. I am now considering purchasing the table and chairs that match to make her kitchen complete. I am very impressed. This is a Great Buy!! Highly Recommended!!

This kitchen holds my daughter's attention better than any other toy that she has. There are a lot of things to open and close and enough sound effects to keep it interesting. She plays with it each and every day, and I can see her imagination expanding as she plays. My son put this together and said he had no problem and it didn't take him long. My Grand daughter is two and she loves playing with this. It is something that she will grow with for many years. I do wish it had some food with it. It just would be nice if some came with the cooking utensils. Other than that it is fabulous.
