My daughter is 2 and loves her new kitchen! We saw the display at a warehouse store and she would play with it there so much that my decision was made right there. There are so many types of kitchens but this one came with so many accessories it made shopping easy. Our particular model included a matching table and chairs set for the same price as the kitchen alone at other stores!
The assembly was easy, though a few parts were missing, though thankfully no critical parts for assembly. Some missing items include a drawer for the table set and the phone holder for the kitchen, and I haven't opened rest of the accessories to see if they are all there. However, they seem to have a good quality control system as there was s sheet taped inside the box where a worker checked off each piece to make sure they were inside. I think the reason my missing parts weren't noticed is that they are in pre-packed larger bags of many items. All in all, a great purchase, and a great value for the price.
You should have seen her face!!

my twins love this kitchen. they play in it throughout the day. it's nice enough that I have it in my living room for them to play with instead of the play room. my girls love to each take a baby wipe and I tell them that their kitchen is a mess and they should clean like mommy does but with the baby wipes....they love it. there are a lot of pieces to it so it requires picking up every night but it's worth it!

With fairly easy assembly this kitchen is the highlight of my princess's playroom. It is a good size though only one preschooler could really be "cooking" at a time, but there is plenty of room for those "eating." There were plenty of accessories to get started. Overall this is a great kitchen and worth the price.

Best toy ever. My 17 months-old son can't get enough of it. My husband didn't want to put certain purple stickers for the wall border because they were a bit "girlish", so we went ahead and put our own Nascar stickers all over the kitchen set... now it looks like a little restaurant pit/truck stop... It is made very sturdy, my son climbs all over it, the sounds, accessoires and foods are realistic. I will definately be buying more Step2 role playing stuff in the future.

I purchased this product for my daughters fourth birthday, which is today. I put it together last night while she was sleeping in order to have it ready for today. It appears to be very durable (compared to another kitchen set she had). It is very cute and was rather easy to assemble. The only negative thing I have was that it was no where near as big as I thought. My daughter is extremely tall for her age (in the 97th percentile). She is already 3 1/2 feet tall. The stove and sink is about 18in off the ground. Which puts it below her waist. She will not be able to use this very long and I will have to purchase a larger set. I would have sent it back, but for the price, I decided to keep it and when she does outgrow it I will give it to my neice who is now only 8 months old. I wished that I would have gotten it for her when she was 2. In closing, I was extremely pleased with the price. Much cheaper than Wal-Mart or Toys R Us,[...]you can't beat it.

Bought for my 17 month old; saw this at a friend's house, and saw how she took to it. Had to take the french fries (3) away; put whole thing in mouth, even though she knows not to. They should be longer and fatter.
The Microwave is hard to hear, and too short! If you fix this, how bout sending me a new one!

We got this kitchen for my daughter's 3rd birthday ... she plays with it EVERY DAY and she loves it!! It is a bit smaller than it appears in the picture, but still good size for a busy 3 year old. It was very simple to put together, a few screws and a few stickers, took less than an hour. Has lots of accessories that come with it and even though the storage areas seem small, we managed to fit them all inside. I'm very pleased with this purchase!!

I have a 20 month old daughter, she loves to make a mess out of the kitchen. I think when she gets older she will use it more often. Young kids like to play with other kids with their toys. It's a really nice kitchen set. When me and my wife put it together, we played with it ourselves for the first 20 minutes; trying to figure out what we were going to put in the freezer or the fridge, or what we were going to cook on the stove sop. I think we had more fun than our baby did with the kitchen set. I feel like a big baby now, how great is that?!

I first saw this when I was pregnant with my daughter. She turns 2 tomorrow. I was so excited putting this together last night that my heart was racing. I couldn't sleep because it was like the night before going to Disneyland for me! The little details are so cool, the different size pans fit into different slots on the stove, so it makes the right sound! (Boiling water or sizzling). My daughter got her gift today and she LOVES it! She hasn't come out of it since she woke up. Seriously the coolest thing ever. It was easy to put together (and fun). I am VERY happy with this kitchen.

We bought the kitchen for our 1yr old daughter for her birthday. I looked at all of the kitchens available and decided on this one because it's like a "little room" of her own. She loves it and has played in it everyday for the last 3 weeks. I didn't put all of the accessories out for her to play with because she's not quite old enough for them yet.She can destroy her OWN kitchen everyday with the few pots, pans and food I put in there, instead of mine! It will be something she can grow into and enjoy for the next couple of years. I was really unsure about putting the money into it at her age, but I am so glad I did! I put it together by myself in a couple of hours, I used an electric screwdriver, which made it Alot faster. It's good quality, sturdy plastic, the "hardwood floor" is acutally made of foam. It's really cute.Would buy again--SHE LOVES IT!!

We bought this for our daughter for her 3rd birthday. I had seen the product before, a friend had one for her grandaughter, and I was impressed with it. I think this is hands down the best play kitchen ever invented. My daughter plays with it for hours. I love all the accessories and space. It is definitly worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone with kids!

This was a gift for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Her mother said it is perfect. I noticed that a doll's high chair fit right into the kitchen so she can cook and feed her "baby."
