timbermat flooring is a nice idea for the children to stand on a foam soft surface..but the design should fit the playhouse a little more snug. there are gaps along the edge.

We added the floor to our granddaughter's front porch cottage, which is sitting in rock's near the pool and next to a sandbox. It made it easier on her little feet and she loves to sweep the sand out. It's like she has her own little cottage on the beach.

this is a great idea since the house does not have a floor and it gets muddy if you put the house on grass... but it doesn't stay down well in the time between when the grass is there and it is gone, so it is hard for hte kids to walk on. this should just be a big plastic piece like the front porch piece.

I'm glad I bought this, because I don't think any playhouses should come without floors.. who wants their kids playing in grass and bugs and dirt?? It's made out of a foam material.. that when placed on top of grass.. is kind of wobbly, but it's better then nothing. It would be better if it were a heavier plastic material. It doesn't help much with the step up or down in and out of the playhouse.. my daughter doesn't have an issue with that but I have read other reviews with parents that did. It's a good idea.. so if you really like the playhouse, I would def. buy the floor, it's only [$]!

This should be part of the house. It makes the house look better and keeps the interior cleaner. Grandchildren preferred the floor to walking on the grass.

We ordered the floor because the playhouse is sitting in our sand box and we needed something to keep my 1 yr old daughter from eating handfuls of sand! It works perfectly for this - while its only 1 inch foam it seems to be holding up well to big brother and his friends playing on it to. - only downfall it has to be totally level underneath or it bubbles and is really hard for her to walk on.
