I purchased this toy for my 18 month old granddaughter who was here for a visit and she absolutely loved it. The recommended age is 2yrs, but she was fine with a little help. It can be assembled and disassembled in less than a minute, so my son was easily able to put it in the car and take it home. No lights, no music, no batteries, its great to see how a well designed, basic toy can bring hour upon hour of fun and exercise to a toddler. It was a hoot to watch her on this toy- I wish I was two again so I could give it a try.

We got the roller coaster about 6 months ago and my 2 year old still loves to ride it. He really enjoys being able to push the car up the ramp and get on all by himself. This is his favorite outdoor toy.
My only improvement wish would be some type of drainage holes in the track. The center dip tends to hold water and needs to be emptied regularly to avoid a mosquito breeding ground. Fortunatly the segmented track is very light and this task is easily accomplished.

We have an earlier version of this product and have actually had it for about 11 years. My oldest is 13 and I see him using it for his skateboard while my youngest (6) can still fit on the car and loves it. When kids of any age come over, it's the first thing they gravitate towards. After so many yrs of heavy use the only thing we've had to replace is the cars handle and that's because our dog chewed it up :) Great product and well worth the money!

Its hard to fine a toy that a 2 year old can have fun with and their older siblings too. We had this at a picnic with kids from 18 months to 7 years and they all took turns. The little ones could do it on their own and never stopped!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!!! Our little one loves this thing as much as he loves his blankie! It is extremely easy to put together and transport if needed! It consists of 6 pieces including the coaster car. I have little 18 month olds to older 9 yr. olds using this thing! Occasionally, you might even find an older aged person using it. :o) Extremely fun and well worth the price, considering that it will be around for years with the durable construction. The only con is that I wish you could purchase a second or third coaster car so that the little ones don't have to wait so long for their next turn.

This is a great little ride for children under the age of 3. My granddaughter is 20 months and gets up on the car very easy. Once on it she didn't know how to get it to roll down on the incline without a push from us. I wish it had a little more room for the legs to rest on. This is even a greater ride if there is a little incline at the end of the ride so it takes them further.

This product would be great outdoors, but since it's been so hot (100 deg.) and I have room, we've been using it indoors. Not only does my granddaughter love to ride the roller coaster, she also has a lot of fun walking up and down it (barefoot). This allows her to burn up some of her energy. I bought this roller coaster for my 22 month old grandson's birthday. After receiving the gift, there was no way I could wait a month for his birthday, so I gave it to him 6 weeks early. The look on his face on his first ride was priceless. He learned to ride, then replace the coaster within 10 minutes. I have mine set up indoors, with the end of the track extending on to a long hallway (hardwood floor). He has a blast on this thing! I was also thrilled to see that there was virtually no assembly....you just hook the track and the steps together, which literally takes less then 30 seconds. The "car" comes fully assembled. To date, this is the best toy I've ever purchased!

My own daughter is 27mo. There are two other boys in my home daycare that are 28mo and 31mo. All three of the kids LOVE this product!

Advantages:
1)I had it put together by myself within minutes of its delivery off the truck. It is also light and easy to move around the yard so the grass doesn't get worn out.
2)The 2yo kids are able to return the car to the top of the slope by themselves with no assistance most of the time.
3)If they were to fall off this item, they are falling a shorter distance than if they had fallen off the couch! (I have only seen one fall so far). Watch the kids to make sure that non-riders do not play on the slope if someone is preparing to launch.
4)The children ride on this again and again, and they are learning to take turns, too!

Disadvantage:
I can see that we may outgrow this item within two to three years. If my money was tighter and I didn't have a daycare, I might not have splurged.

Awesome roller coaster! We have had this outside for 8 plus years and it has been used year round by more children then we can count! It is still in great shape and is not faded or cracked anywhere! I know what the weight and age limit is and I'll tell you that much, much heavier and older children have used this with no problems! They just hold their legs up and out and go for a ride! We have it going down a slight incline too because the kids are older, but even our three year old uses it like that. Fabulous product! We will be upgrading to the new Extreme Roller Coaster this spring for even more thrills! This one will get passed to a family member for her yard!

My husband and I bought this for our daughters 2nd birthday/party. When we received it, the weather was horrible for about 3 days, so we decided to set it up in the house. It was extremely easy to assemble (I love that it doesn't take any tools). She loved it! It was so much fun since we couldn't go outside. Once the weather cleared, it was very easy to disassemble and place outside. The "ready, set, go's and wee's" that we get out of her are priceless. Where were these toys when we were young? The roller coaster is lightweight, durable, and mobile. All things you need with toddlers.

Bought for our 1 year old as a "grow with me" 1st birthday toy. We didn't expect him to already be able to ride it and hold on well. We can push him and off he goes with the biggest grin and laugh that you have ever seen and heard! Once he can do it himself it will sure be a hit. I was searching for the perfect birthday gift for my 3 year old, and I have found it in this item. I have three children of my own, and I keep toddlers during the day, and all of them love this roller coaster. It was so easy to assemble and took about a minute to put it together. I love the rollercoaster. In previous jobs I have had the roller coaster for my charges, and I knew it would be a great hit. What was really great was the that the woman I spoke to on the phone at step 2, before I ordered it, was really helpful and went out of her way to make sure my email address was correct and checked on availability. it also arrived right in time for christmas, which was perfect. We have the rollercoaster inside, as it's winter, and it runs down the basement hallway, so when I go down to do laundry, my two year old charge is overjoyed to go on down and spend some minutes riding it.

I bought this toy for my 15 month old granddaughters. I had it shipped since they live far away from me. The parents easily assembled it and set it up Christmas Eve. The babies just love it, but the parents have to supervise right now because they are a little young for it. It's in the play room now but when the weather gets better it will go outside. my 2 year old grand daugher loves this toy. after each ride all i hear from her is more,more,please.she pushes her riding cart up the roller coaster for another ride. the plastic track is a little slippery when she only has socks on when she rides it inside.maybe something could be done with that or she could wear shoes or sneakers. great great toy, made well,will get a lot of use out of it. we had 12 children at her birthday party and for hours the kids played with it. might be a little pricey but well worth it in the long run.

We bought this for our 19 month old son. My eleven year old had it put together in under 5 minutes, and then my nine year old was riding it! The older kids love it.

Our 19 month old son loves it too. He pushes the cart up the track, and then he steps down, climbs the little steps, gets on his cart, and off he goes! He is completely independent at using the roller-coaster. We also throw the little cart in the back of our vehicle when we are going to the park, or over to someone's house. I was having trouble coming up with the perfect gift for my almost 2 year old son. While browsing the internet I found this roller coaster. Bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas - he absolutely loves it! My 8 year old loves it as well - it was the hit of Christmas! Our 2 year old son got this for Christmas and he loves it. It was super easy to assemble and he has tons of fun on it. Currently we are using it indoors. We decided to get this for our daughter's second birthday, even though we knew it would take up some room. I'm glad we did...my daughter absolutely loves it!! At the age of two, she is a thrill seeker and is not afraid of anything, so this was perfect! This was very easy to snap together. Had my grandsons birthday party and all the kids loved riding the coaster. When the parents were too busy to watch, I put the car away and let the kids use the coaster as a road for their cars and trucks. From 15 months to 5 years old, all the kids had a great time.

My 16 month old daughter LOVES this. She rides on the little car, but also loves to run up and down the ramps, or use them as a sort of slide. She also likes to send the little car down the coaster on its own. It took 2 minutes to put together. We have it inside along with the Step 2 folding slide to keep her busy now that there are fewer suitable playground days. I had bought another one of these for my twin neice and nephew when they were toddlers. I was supposed to get it back for my baby when they outgrew it, but at nine, they still use theirs, so I had to buy another one. Addmitedly, they put the ramp at the end of their slides and ride the little car down the slide onto the roller coaster--definitely against manufacturer recommendations, but hilarious to watch.

My children get to play with this at their daycare and it is by far the most favorite toy of all the kids. My 17 month old will hardly let the other children have a turn he would play with it all day! It is sturdy and very safe. My older 4 year daughter loves it too and she goes backwards on it. There is really no way to fall off this and it is just hours of fun for many ages.

My 2 and a half year old boy does not enjoy it as much as I expected. He did play with it in the beginning for a couple of days but after that he did not want to use it at all anymore.
I do not know the reasons yet since my little one cannot talk as much as to explain reasons but I think that it can be a little scary for him
I decided not to insist and I will wait until he is a little older and see how he will react.

I'm a stay at home mom, and I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for her 2nd birthday. She loves it! It is a HUGE hit for playdates too - all the kids want to ride it! We have the room, so we keep it in doors, but do note how long this thing is! The carpet does slow down the cart once it hits the floor though. Highly recommend this coaster for 18 months - 4 years.. any child older than that is probably too old (get the extreme coaster!).

This was one of the first outside toys I got for my son. As soon as we took it out of the box and set it up my son would not stay off of it. I had to pry him away.
Now 2 years later he still loves it. It has faded somewhat but it is still one of his favorite toys outside.

The stairs to climb up to the car are very narrow and my daughter has a hard time getting her feet steady on them. She enjoys walking on the coaster and sliding down it on her bottom more than riding down it in the car.

We use ours strictly indoors because of safety concerns since younger kids generally have greater chance for falls. The coaster is very sturdy and there are steps over the front tires for kids to rest their feet. We just wish there was a safety seat attached. We love the fact the track is super easy to assemble and disassemble, can't get any easier!!!

This product provides tons of fun for my 18 month old triplets! They are so independent on the rollercoaster. They are able to push the car up the slide, then climb the steps to sit on the car and push off with their feet. They will do this over and over again laughing the entire time. It has also helped them with their balance because they like to walk up and down the slide portion. We have been using it since Christmas (as it was a gift my trio received), and it is proving to be very durable. We keep it inside because of cold winter weather. A neighbor has had one outside for about a year now, and their rollercoaster does not look to be cracking or deteriorating in any way. Also, the assembly could not be any easier! Anyone can put it together in less than 5 minutes. This is definitely a great product that I will recommend to everyone I know with young children and/or toddlers.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN 2 BOYS TWINS 14 MONTHS OLD AND THEY LOVE IT , THEY REQUIRE HELP TO GET ON RIDE , THEN THEY CAN HANDLE THE REST. I ALSO BOUGHT ONE FOR MY GRANDDGTS, 3 YEARS OLD AND BABY 4MOS. THE 3 YR OLD ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT SHE HELPED ME PUT THEONE TOGEATHER FOR THE TWINS, SHE KNEW WERE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO.SHE SHOWED THE BOYS HOW TO RIDE THE ROLLER COASTER.

We bought this roller coaster for our 2-year-old son, who is very physical and climbing-oriented. He loves a thrill and he loves his roller coaster! My mom saw it in the Hudson store and thought it looked dangerous or would go too fast -- but he's had no incidents on it and while it goes fast enough for him to love it, it's not too fast at all. He'll ride on it 20 times (seriously) before moving on to something new, and he'll revisit a couple times throughout the day. GREAT TOY!!

It was a hit with my grandson who is two years old and lives in another state. His dad said he was afraid to ride it at first but enjoyed pushing the train and watching it roll before he decided it was 'OK' to ride. It does take up a lot of space but is worth the entertainment benefits.

This is a really great product. My daughter loves playing with it. The only con about this roller coaster is that the steps leading up to the top are very small -- my daughter sometimes holds on to the car to brace herself, but I have to then hold on to the car to make sure it doesn't roll down as she is climbing up the steps.

I got this for my 3 grandsons for Christmas. It has been used everyday since they got it. They are 5,4 and 19 months and they all ride it over and over. Very stable and lots of fun. You can't go wrong with this item. We all love it!

THIS ROLLER COASTER IS MADE IN THE USA, IT IS REAL EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND THE KIDS JUST LOVE IT. THERE ARE ONLY A FEW PIECES WHICH EASILY SLIDE INTO ONE ANOTHER. We first tried this while on vacation and the kids loved it so we gave it to them for Christmas. (18 months and 6 yrs) The 18 month old picked up on how to do it after a few tries and now we can't get her off of it! It is a bit bulky as an indoor toy but if you have a large long room it will be great. We plan on using it a lot outdoors during the summer.
