Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
My daughter started using this buggy when she could sit on her own. We have had it for almost six months and everytime we get to use it she loves it and doesn't want to get out. She loves being pushed around and there is a seatbelt to secure her in while going for a walk. Great product!!!
