This is great for indoors when it is rainy outside and you have a very active child. It helps wear them out!! It is also great outdoors but I mainly bought it for the rainy season for indoor exercise.

we loved that the angel fish sat low to the ground,this allowed our 14 month old grandson to sit and rock or climb off and on more easily. The angel fish slim size does not require much space, so its great for even limited room.

We got this for our little boy for Christmas. He's 15 months old. He hops on for about 30 seconds and then is done with it. Might be better for older kids. Feel like we wasted our money.

THE ANGEL FISH ROCKER WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT TO MY 18 MONTH OLD GRANDSON. AS SOON AS HE SAW IT HIS FACE LIT UP. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT ON IT AND STARTED ROCKING.HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE DRAGGED IT INTO ANOTHER ROOM AND BEGAN ROCKING IT THERE TOO. HE PLAYED WITH IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES, HE LOVED PLAYING WITH IT EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE MANY OTHER TOYS TO PLAY WITH.

Although my daughter likes this rocker, I am not happy with it because it collects rain water and gets heavy and difficult for her to use. There are drain plugs in the bottom, but at the top of the channel when the rain collects at the bottom of the channel. We tried in vain for weeks to drain it using the plugs, until finally my husband had to take it apart to drain out the water. My daughter can now play on it again-until the next big rain. And, unfortunately I don't have a place to store it out of the elements. Very poor design and very dissappointing item.

My twin grandchildren are 18 mos .. My grandson loved it and was able to use it right away .. but he had a tendency to want to stand up .. (which I am sure most children would do when they were comfortable with the toy) .. but he is tall and I am concerned he will stand up too quickly and hit his head

This is a proven winner for toddlers. Step 2 products are very durable. However, they really need more quality control in packing and shipping (I had to call for parts and instructions). (2nd time that has happened) Instructions are not updated to reflect parts they have eliminated due to safety concerns, so it' very confusing.

On the box it shows plastic white covers where the screws go. When we received ours it did not have the plastic caps anywhere. Not even in the instructions or listed on the parts list. If the company no longer uses them they should take a different picture of the item so consumers are not misled. For safety reasons and as a mother I would want the extra precautions.

We originally saw the Angelfish Rocker over at Exploration Place in Wichita. One of my daycare kids became attached to it right away! I love to buy toys and play equipment that lasts a long time and doesn't break which is why I LOVE Step2 products! The Angelfish Rocker has already seen many hours of joyful play in my daycare! I have an 18 month old who just loves this product! It was easy to assemble and gets lots of use. We bought one for Grandma's house that is outside and recently bought one for home because it is so much fun. If left outside, the base does fill up with water. I found drilling some small holes in the bottom for the water to escape works well. Great inside toy for rainy days and active children with lots of energy!
