My sister-in-law bought the coaster for my 3 sons (6,4 & 6 mo.)for Christmas 2007. They and thier friends have a blast on the coaster. They set up x-game ramps off of the coaster to see who can clear and jump the ramp. They love it; it's a great time... Hours of fun for all kids all ages!! It is a hit!

I wish I had a camera the first time they went down it. It is big when its assembled so you definitely need room to store it.

I bought this as a moving present for my 4 year old son when we moved from NYC to the suburbs. He instantly loved it. He goes almost 75 feet after coming off the ramp and waves his hands in the air and tries to, of course, crash into our slate wall. He even holds my 18 month old daughter and they go down together. My 18 month old daughter loves to climb up the stairs and she even goes down herself. I hold the car to keep the speed down. Every adult wishes they were small enough to try it themselves. I call it a safe trampoline replacement...all the thrills, none of the spills

Our grandsons have the regular roller coaster in their playroom at home, so NanNan and Papa purchased the Extreme coaster for our house. Our older grandson is 2 years old, so I was a little hesitant that he might not be big enough for the extreme(given that the picture has the child in a helmet....!), however, this is AWESOME. What fun! We have a sloped backyard which can add to the fun, but our grandsons love pushing the car back up to the coaster-track and climbing the built-in steps to the starting position. MANY hours of play, several kids can be involved, and they won't outgrow it for several more years. Besides, after several trips up and down they are physically tired and sleep like rocks! What's not to like??

All the parents in my neighborhood were completely amazed by this toy and the constant joy that it brings to all kids (ages 2 & up). My daughter is almost two, and she was not scared of it at all. [...]I put it together and we had a hard time trying to get her off of it... She loves it...couldnt have asked for a better durable toy that she loves....the only thing that I have seen wrong with it is that it tends to have a gap between where the 2 pieces of the ramp is put together, but other than that I think it is a great toy and is definatly worth the money!!

ALl of the children love it, all of them can use it, and they play on it all of the time. Literally, there is someone on it at all times! They have learned to take turns, help each other, and to watch out for each other. It is so much fun, and pretty safe. We all love it and highly recommend it. Our swing set, and mini 4 wheelers haven't seen any action since Daddy put the coaster together. Which only took about 45 minutes. It came with easy to understand directions, and was actually pretty simple to assemble! If you aren't sure-- GET IT! It is worth every red cent!

We set this up on flat ground until they got used to it, and now, we have it on the top of the hill and they have a longer, thrilling ride. Best ages are from 2-6, and, with many children, instead of purchasing a 2nd car, the children wait their turn on numbered poly-spots(circles)at the bottom of the coaster. It is organized and fair. My children are 41/2 and 16 months, love this ride and their friends do too!
* It was easy to assemble. Just don't forget to put washers on both ends of the screws!!!

There really isn't anything wrong with this product. It is fun and they get a lot of excersie from pushing the car back up the incline stairway. It's a very basic and easy concept. You assemble it and the track actually has steps that your child can walk up. They place the car in wheel wells at the top of the track and then they can push themselves off and roll down the track.
Pros
Made in the USA!
Great design, very durable, Car design is great - it has slots for a seatbelt and footrests and it's very sturdy.
Cons
There's only one and it's the instructions. They aren't very clear at all and you'll spend at least 45 minutes putting it togetheri f you are doing it alone.
I'm really impressed by this product and my 4 yr old LOVES it. I also love that it's made in the USA.

We were a somewhat concerned that our daughter would be scared of this toy after we read some of the reviews...but we bought it anyway for her 2nd birthday and we could not have made a better choice!! It was a big hit at her birthday party with her and all the other kids who's ages ranged from 13months to 13years. Another great product from Step 2
Excellent Product.. Would buy again!

My son has Autism and we always have a hard time trying to find a good gift for Christmas or his Birthday that he really likes. He loved this for Christmas and plays on it over and over. Plus my little girl that just turned two, loves it too, all the kids in my family play on it and love it and even my teenager who just turned 16 has got on it a couple of times. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with children.A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Our 4 year old and her cousins have hours of fun with this and they get lots of exercise that really wears them out (sometimes for naps). I love it because they can ride this themselves and there are no batteries to charge and it keeps your child located right there going up and down for hours. We easily move it around pointing it in different directions so she either goes down the driveway or down the hill on the grass. Have not found anything wrong with this product yet.

This product is great. My 4 year old loves it. We also have 1 1/2 year that plays on it. It provides great physical activity since they run to push it back up the ramp. This is great for any little "thrill seeker". We are fortunate enough to have a super long hall so the children can play inside on it. I can't wait for warmer weather to see how it works outside, too. This product could not be any better.

I ordered the product after reading several reviews that its was good for older and younger children. That was very important since my grandchildren range in age from 9 months to 7 years. We ordered it for Christmas and set it up in the hallway Christmas day. That was not enough room, and after returning from a family dinner it was carried outside. The children had a blast!!! But it was so cold, we could not let them stay out long; we had to make them come into the house. We have a little bit of a hill which really gives them a long ride. They get a lot of exercise since they have to walk back to ride again. I like anything that is safe and gets them outside, and active. Great product step 2!!!
Kid's are loving this Christmas preset

It's winter time and the kids have room in the basement to use this. They are loving this Christmas present. They will have winter and warm weather fun with this product for years. Our 5, 4, and 3, year old all use this. We padded the wall across the basement in case they really zoom far. And added rubber flooring around incase there is roudy play for safety. It works out some energy on those closed in snowy days and encourages sharing and fun. We supervise the fun.

I bought the Extreme Coaster for my 5 year old daughter who plays on it for hours and hours alone or with her friends. I REALLY LIKE THE COASTER BECAUSE IT IS ONE OF THE FEW TOYS THAT WAS DESIGNED FOR HUSKY KIDS. This coaster is not only for entertainment but is it also good for exercise. The Extreme Coaster is a 5 STAR toy!
