We gave this to our son for his 2nd Birthday, he loves tractors! He absolutely went crazy when he saw it! His feet don't quite reach the pedals yet, but he gets on and moves it around with his toes...he also likes to sit on it and read his books! This is a great ride on toy that will last for many years!

I bought two of these tractors a year ago and bought THREE this year. They are VERY popular with my home daycare group.
Only thing is, sometimes the front wheel apparently breaks from within and then the needed part is constantly unavailable from you??
PLEASE get that part in stock. We have one tractor sitting idle waiting and WAITING for said part!

We had to reinforce the back wheels because they kept popping off from the tractor...they wouldn't stay on and would come off while my son was riding the tractor. We had to reinforce the wheels using rods and screws to keep the wheels from coming off. The tractor itself is sturdy but the wheels need to be attached a different way. It was very easy to assemble...almost too easy!

His sister is a freshman in college and he was a sur[rise and is two yrs old. So, like his sister they are like the only child. He is quit advanced for his age. He has been all over theis product. I trust the product in the durability and abuse a boy can do. He really feels like a big boy npw helping daddy and getting his ecercise in as well. We do not site around and watch tv or stay inside permitting weather. Our house is spacious and can be indoors as well. Thank you for making a product like little tikes and for the price there is no comparision.Queality is more solid than little tikes. Our family is very much pleased.

Our kids, a boy age 4 and a girl age 2, went straight to work with this as soon as Santa assembled it. Surprisingly strong and well-built. Brother pedals around the yard with Sister in the trailer. Or both kids give rides for their stuffed animals. Great purchase, the gang loves it! Our only concern is that the hitch attachment that came with the trailer may work loose over time because of the constant upward pressure the trailer places on it.

the kids love riding on it so much that we were thinking of getting another one, we were surprised that one pedal broke off, but it is replaceable, we are also thinking of buying the trailer to attach to the tractor for added fun!

We bought this tractor and the matching trailer for our three-year-old son. While he's a little on the short side, I didn't expect for him to not be able to even touch the pedals! He loves the tractor and wants to drive it, but that usually involves me pushing him around the yard. I think this would be a better fit for an older, taller child.

The tractor with trailer was a birthday present for our three year old grandson. He really enjoyed both driving and riding in the trailer. So did his 5 year old sister and his cousins who were 1 and 4 years old. It seems very durable and the trailer at times held two little ones. The age recommendation for the tractor seemed correct (3-6 years old) because he could just reach the pedals at three. I think this toy is going to see many hours of fun! I would highly recommend it.

Front and rear wheels made of plastic and break open easily with moderate use. Replacement parts almost impossible to obtain from Step2.

This was larger than I expected, but was perfect for the kids. They loved it. I ordered the trailer along with the tractor and they love hauling different things or riding in the trailer. I am so glad I purchased this.

I took my grandson to one of the museum's in Dallas when I was visiting him - they had an interactive kids area that had two of these tractors. All the kids loved them - including my four year old grandson. I figured they had to be sturdy to take virtually uninterrupted use. When I looked to see who made them, so I could buy one for my grandson's birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to see it was a Step2 product. (I bought several other items from Step2 for Christmas.) My grandson now has his own tractor and feels empowered by his ability to propel himself. So there's one happy boy in Dallas and one happy Grandma in Alaska!

Child should be at least 3 years old in order to reach pedals. We also have the yellow trailer which attaches and the kids love it! My son, under our supervision, loves for the neighbor kids to climb in the trailer as he pedals them around. We have found the tractor and trailer to be very durable.

This is the best tractor. We bought it for my five year old. At first I was nervous that it would be too small! It is not! My nine and seven year old ride it. It has big wheels and is very rugged and durable! This is a must have if your child loves tractors of any variety! Way to go Step 2, We love your products!

I bought two of these tractors seven years ago for my daycare. They are used every day by 2 - 10 year olds and are still being used today. I have only had one problem with them. After all these years the plastic piece that pops in place to hold the wheel to the body wore out on one of the tractors. Everything must wear out sooner or later. I am in the process of buying a new tractor to replace the retired one.

The kids love this toy. I bought one last year and it has held up nice, the one I bought last month .shows just as much wear as the other one. Everytime the kids push to hard on it the pedal slips off the track I am alway pushing it back on. I also don't understand how the tractor stays on I had to put that it garage cause I only have one and have know idea how to get it to stay on the tractor. The kids want the barn but that has been discontinued. I am thinking about buying 2 more for the 2 year old twins I watch. It is the best trike to learn to pedal on, plus it works for all age groups. Even a 9 year old can ride it with ease.

My son got this for his 3rd birthday and loves it. He wants to ride it all the time, but the problem is that he is not quite tall enough to pedal on his own. Consequently, I have to be right beside him the whole time to help him or else he gets frustrated that he can't pedal. In about 6 months, he will have a ball--that is, if the novelty hasn't worn off yet! My 4 year old daughter can do it perfect and has tons of fun.

I have 10 children from the ages of 2-5 riding on these tractors as often as they can. I still have 2 of these tractors for 5 years now and they are still riding as if they were brand new!

The kids at my preschool love these tractors. But the front wheel do not hold up too well. We have had 6 tractors for only 6 months and all 6 front wheels are cracked. The tractors are not rideable anymore. I guess they just don't hold up to the wear and tear of preschoolers.
