This playset is great! Our daughter loves it! The only problems with it was putting it together. No where in the directions did it say to start with the swing portion of the set. My poor husband had to start over when he put the support bar on upside down. So our suggestion would be to label the support bar as to which way goes up. Also, the slide needs a better way to be mounted. It comes off of its foundation very easily. We are looking forward to years of fun with this play set!

We had been looking at wooden play grounds for about 6 months. After reading the customer comments we found that a lot of them had parts that were not marked very well, they took a long time (weeks)to put together, and if any parts were missing well the company couldn't help you. We read so many good and postive comments on this set the we bought it right away!!! We have other step 2 products and everyone always talks about them so we knew that this would be the play set for us. We had everything together in a day and our girls (3 and 1) love all of it. We are so glad we went with this set and not the wooden ones.

The instructions to the swing set were not very clear regarding hardware. IE: which long screw. There also could be some labels added so you know the metal tube for the swings is in the correct position before you build half of it.

The cottage went together very easy.

It took me 10 minutes to put together the house and about an 2 hours to put up the swingset. The instructions threw me off a little because it was picture instructions and I usually need a little more worded detail. Other than that it was pretty simple. My girls are almost 3 years old and they love it.

Well, we ordered this combo and I put everything together and I almost got finished before I realized there was a part missing. This was an inconvenience, but Step2 not only shipped us the part overnight, they also provided additional compensation that made it ok. Their customer service is great and they prove that they value their customers.

Tucky now has a land of his own. He takes guests by the hand to come into his Storybook Cottage. Please remember to ring the doorbell before you come in and take a seat at his table. He then will "cook" you a meal with his Step2 metal pots and pans. Then follow him over to his Naturally Playful Climber with Swings where you get to help him up and down the slide and push him in his dolphin swing. For your kindness, you get to dig in his sandbox. Tucky's world is the fun one of an 18 month old made "fun-ner" by all his new Step2 play equipment. Nice combo package-Way to go Step2!!

The combo is a good value.[...] Assembly for all three was less than two hours. My two year old daughter loves playing for hours in the backyard. The only negative feedback I can give is the 75 pound limit for the swings. Since I only have one child I would like to swing with her.

I love the club house. My son plays it in for hours. The sandbox is okay. Its a little weak but he still loves it. I like the swingset, even though I thought it would be a bit bigger, the slide and the top piece is horrible to get on, took 3 adults to do it. Other than that we all love the way it looks and my son loves playign on it.
