These are great, sturdy, safe blocks!!! Hours of fun! I know this set is a bigger set than the original set, however, I wish it had even more blocks in it--perhaps 100 rather than 64. That would be a happy medium between buying one set or two.

We bought the blocks for my 15 month old son and he just loves them. We had some blocks from my two older children, but they were small and made out of wood and my son often hurt himself while playing with them. The "Soft and Sturdy Blocks" are soft and sturdy. He doesn't cry when he falls on one and not to mention they're quite. My 10 year old daughter loves them too and now wants some for Christmas.

Love them..The only con is when putting them in their storage bag they ends bend. Other than that we love them!

These are great blocks. I bought them for my sons, 3.5 and 11 mos to share. They encourage imaginative play and sharing. I've never been disappointed with any Step2 product we've purchased.

These blocks are for my daughter's 2nd birthday. While she's not seen them yet (her birthday is a week away), my husband and I were very pleased with our purchase and expect my daughter to enjoy them equally as well if not better than the canned food she has been using to build towers!

Our almost 3 year old daughter loves these blocks. She plays with them every day! She really loves building towers and "houses!" We are very satisfied with these blocks and wish we would have bought them for her earlier! However, we are sure they will bring years of use to our family.

My twin boys just had their first birthday & I wanted to get them something that would be fun, yet educational, & colorful, yet quiet (we have ENTIRELY too many musical toys!)... These fit the bill perfectly! While the boys are only good at knocking them down and chewing on them at this time, I remember LOVING these type of blocks when I was a little girl (and back then, they were actual wood)... Because I have two rambuctious boys of the same age, I am VERY pleased with the fact that these building blocks are made out of this really dense foam; this makes them quite safe & I don't have to worry about them hurting each other by throwing them or knocking them down (when I stack them up) or gnawing off a piece of a block & chewing on it (I'm telling you- it's DENSE!)... When I first bought them, I thought I might be paying too much- but once they arrived and we've had the time to play with them, I found they are WELL worth the price... I also know that there will be YEARS of use out of them!

I bought these for my preschool classroom, but opened them at home for my 2 year old to play with. He absoluely LOVES them, as do my two nieces 4 and 7. They have spent countless moments imagining and building. Highly recommend!

These blocks are great for younger and older kids alike. Our children from 2 years to 12 years love them. The older kids find them to be a great way to build large objects that the smaller blocks just wont do. Safe , soft and easy to stack are the great qualities we love the most.

This toy is perfect for my 2 year old. She likes to throw things around the room and these blocks are soft enough so no one gets hurt or anthing gets broken. The only problem is my daughter likes to put the blocks in her mouth and bite down on them. They do not fall apart but they do have several teeth marks. I would recommend this toy to a friend, especially, one whose child has outgrown putting things in his or her mouth. My 13 year old enjoys the blocks as well.

These blocks are one of my 2 year old's favorite toys. She goes from toy to toy but always returns to this one. And it's one that I can play with her easily. She loves to build up a tall tower and then knock it down. And being soft, they don't do any damage! Even her big 10 year old brother plays with them (on the sly:-). We are ordering a second set for her birthday to give her even more building options.

My 2 year old twins love these blocks! They have so much fun stacking them and calling out the shapes. My 5 year old and even my 16 year old get involved and help build "cities" with the twins. The bag makes for easy cleanup and the quantity is great for sharing...Finally a toy I didn't have to worry about buying 2 of! Thank you Step 2.

I purchased this product for my two children (ages 2.5 & 1.5). They both play very well together with these blocks. They are a big hit, and mom likes the bag they come in. Only problem is my 1.5 year old likes to put them in her mouth and some of the blocks are ruined. This set is great for older children who do not still test things with their teeth!

This is a great back to basic toy. The blocks are great when you have more then one child playing because they can't get hurt.

MY boys love to build and this is a great size and color, with hours of enjoyment- They play more with the blocks then their video games.

My 2-year old son and I have a great time playing with these blocks. The blocks hold up well when they are kicked over and are soft enough not to cause any pain or damage. I also like the "tackiness" that allows you to stack the different shapes without them slipping. The storage bag is very helpful too.

These blocks are great! Kids of all ages, including parents, can have fun building new creations with these blocks! Also, we love the fact that they are soft and sturdy, so they won't hurt when dropped on a toe, or make a bang when knocked over, not to mention they won't break anything else when your two year old has a moment and decides to throw! =) We love em!

We purchased these for our 21-month old who loves to stack things. He LOVES them. The blocks were much bigger and brighter than we expected, which is a good thing. The texture is great, so even "sharp" points aren't sharp. The storage bag works great and facilitates easy clean up.

Great product! Our three year old daughter just loves them! They provide great entertainment with little noise! The storage bag is a great idea but it would be nice to have a draw string on it as opposed to a zipper.
These blocks are fabulous for stacking skills--hand/eye cordination.
We really like ordering from Step2; very convenient, great stuff!

My 18-month old son LOVES these building blocks! He enjoys building towers and then gets a big kick out of knocking them over ... and then begins the process all over again. They keep him entertained for awhile. They are also safe in that they are soft, easy for little hands to work with and manipulate, and if/when they fall they do not hurt. I would highly reccomend this product!

My son loves to play with these and they are perfect for our hardwood floors. He used to just play with the blocks, but now that he is almost three, he likes to play with them while playing with small cars. The cars race on the "streets" made with the rectangular blocks and go in the garages also made with blocks. He has used these for countless hours. They have held up extremely well and will be great for a younger sibling - one day.

My son had some small blocks he got with an alphabet foam puzzle that he loved to build with. There was only a handful and they were rather small so I decided to buy these for him . They are a real nice size and he loves to build with them. I even bought a second bag so he had plenty to build with. They are very stable and do not fall over on the carpet. We have built castles, animal houses etc. and they have not disappointed. It's extra nice to have the bag to keep them in too. Makes clean up easy for the kids!

Love the blocks, because of their multiple safe uses. One can teach counting, fractions and logic with attribute sorting by color, shape or size. They are light and quiet and will not cause any damage to the surroundings when thrown. They are durable and withstand my son's gum bites.
