Very nice wagon and excellent price! Better to buy directly from step2. [...] My 3 year old loves her wagon. We take her for rides around the neighborhood and she just soaks in the sunshine! The wagon is very good quality and it really looks like it will last us a long while. The wheels are very quiet too. Smooth ride! One thing I wish someone would have said was that the wagon is not made to lay flat inside. There are 2 seats inside that are perminate. So if you want a flat bottom where someone can lay down, don't get this wagon. In order for the kids to lay flat, they will need a blanket or pillow to fill in the bottom. Not really that important to me, but it could help someone to know that. Not like the old metal wagon, more improved for 2 little ones to enjoy their ride.

My son got this as a Christmas gift, and he had fun riding his wagon around. However, assembling it would require you to read the instructions and think if what's written or pictured on the instructions makes sense; this could be a problem if whoever is assembling this is not very mechanically inclined. I ended up placing the front axle in a way that the wrong side of the wheels are facing outward when the wagon is moving forward; good thing there were extra caps so I was able to pry the caps off and switch the axles so the correct side of the wheels now face outward when going forward.

We love this wagon! We have used it to tow the kids around in the yard as well as flowers, tools and animals. It is so rugged and seems to be just the right size to do almost everything.
We take our youngest out in it for Halloween and have even built Halloween floats for our children to fit over the wagon for a full costume effect.
I use the wagon for moving trees and my kids love to store things in the seat like sidewalk chalk and small toys. I will prob. buy the cart for my grandchildren someday! :O) Great product!

I also purchased the tag along trailer that attaches to the wagon for two plus. My third child sit's in same and we walk around the neighborhood while my forth rides her bike.
My twin boys sit in the wagon and with the straps it makes walking safe and fun.
This is a great alternative to the triple stroller and provides more room than what a stroller can provide.
As everyone gets older they can use it for themselves to explore.

We love the wagon. However, there is not enough room for legs and feet. My children are 2 and 3 years old and fight and kick for space to put their little feet.

Also, we do not use the door on the wagon because the latch is flimsy and opens too easily. The children just crawl in and out of the wagon. The wagon would be fine without a door at all.

Other than those two minor problems, the wagon is great. We use it all the time at home. The children love to get rides in it. The new handle is designed nicely because it can't hit the children in the head like on the old design.

We also purchased the tag along and it worked wonders at the county fair this year. We plan on using the wagon and tag along when we go to the zoo later this month.

My daughter received it for her 3rd birthday in 1995. She loved it and used to bring a doll or bear to ride w/her all the time. We added three more kids since then and it has survived all of them. It even lived being run over by a Ford F150 in our backyard. My husband thought that it was destroyed and had it in the back of his truck to take to the dump. But looking at it the next day-you never knew it was run over. Although the years have been pretty good to it, I do need to replace the front wheels because one fell off. It has seen its share of outside work that should have been done by a wheel barrel. This is one rugged wagon that we still use now in 2009 (14 yrs. old).

My kids love this wagon. My husband did not have any trouble putting this together, once he followed the directions. We also purchased the trailer, it will easily attach to the wagon. The wagon fits into my SUV trunk without any trouble. It may not fit into a regular car trunk. That would be something to consider. I like the fact that both my kids can safely sit inside the wagon instead of having one in the stroller and trying to hold on to my 4 year old at the same time, this is so much easier. The wagon handled very well so far. We are looking forward to many trips to the zoo.

I spent a week researching wagons for our 2-1/2 year old and decided on Step 2. He loves it and wants to ride in his "car" all the time. He even napped in it already when I had to go somewhere durng his nap time....just settled him in to the wagon with some beach towels for cushioning and off we went. I found this for ten dollars cheaper at [...], but it came in red insead of the "Willow Green". I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. The side door is very nice to have. My 4 year old and 18 month old have alot of fun in the wagon. The only things I am not so happy with is that when I took it out of the package, there were black scuff marks that will not come off. Also, the "cap nuts" that go over the wheels can be a pain.

We've had our Step2 Wagon for 2 Plus for six years (since 2003), stored exposed outside during the warmer months, and outside under cover during winter. We live in Denver where we get extremes of heat and cold and it's arid. Despite a few scuffs & scratches, our wagon still looks good and we JUST called to replace the front wheels, which have worn through after 100+ miles of travel. It's only drawback is that the footwell is too short to accomodate kids older than 2 without their feet touching, however it is also nice that it is compact enough to fit in the back of our Aztek with the handle folded under, so there's the trade-off. I highly recommend this wagon if you have 2 or more young children and do a lot of walking in your neighborhood. It is well worth the money. Step2's customer service is excellent, too.

Overall great product. My 16mo old daughter loves it!! Got it for Easter and have yet to get her out of it. Stands by the back door and cries to go out to sit in her wagon. I really like that it has safety belts.. nice touch. The tag along is available online.

We love this wagon! We go for walks almost everyday with it. In the winter it was great to put them in and cover them with a quilt too. Our two 18 month olds will stay without inside without complaint (unlike the stroller). I also love this because it is so much smaller and easier to bring in and out of places than our double stroller. I put it in the back of the van and take it everywhere. For example, yesterday we went to the library. With toddler twins it is impossible to keep them together and not destroy things. I just kept them in their wagon, seated them next to the toddler book shelves and was able to moderate and play SO easily. They also think the cup holders are great.

This wagon will cost you another $25 in a couple of years for a bushing kit to repair the front wheels if you want it to be safe. The plastic body that holds the axles wears away and allows them to flop around. Fortunately, this wagon was designed to be pulled only so you do have some control over it. We have a Little Tikes wagon that is 18 years old and still going strong.

We have had this wagon for eight plus years of constant use and four kids and lots of neighborhood kids too! It has been outside year round and used not just to transport kids...but for various heavy objects (like a metel shed in a box!!!), pool filter transport, and even as a wheel barrel for dirt and rocks! I'm not recommending it's use for these purposes but just want to let you know that it's done all that and more and survived! It is still in great condition! Nothing is cracked, bent or faded! It just hoses off and keeps right on going! Great for Halloween trick or treating and the zoo too!

I love this wagon. We take it to the zoo, around the neighborhood and to softball games. The only thing that it would have to make it better would be a shade canopy, but that's not a big deal. I read the other reviews that stated it is hard to stear, and hard to assemble and I disagree. I assembled it myself one afternoon while my daughter was taking a nap. You will need a rubber mallet thought to pound the rods through.

In my earlier review I thought the wagon was unusable because the front wheels would not track. I've since learned that the front axles must have the angles they come in, and should not be straightened as I stupidly did. They track pretty well with the bent axles.

First one we purchased did not work well. The wheels did not turn like they were ment too so we returned to store. Purchased second one and even though it didn't come with a handle, the wheels turn great! Once we get the handle, I'm almost sure the two little ones will enjoy. This wagon is great...chose this over the Radio Flyer equivalent based on the positive reviews. Also this one has a door which is something the Flyer doesn't have. A major plus for inquisitive 2 year olds! It is a little difficult to follow the included instructions, but with some patience should be a problem. My daughter loves this wagon! Tip for Step 2...beef up the accessories. Had to buy a "radio flyer mini clamp on parasol" since Step 2 doesn't make one. Parent's buy those accessories up!

The Wagon for Two is probably the best purchase I had made within the last year. My two boys are twenty months now and often do not tolerate sitting in their stroller for more than 10-20 minutes. With the wagon, I can walk them for an hour without much fuss. The wagon is quite maneuverable and makes it seem almost effortless to pull two 25 lb boys around. The only negative aspect is that my boys can reach outside the wagon and touch the wheels as the wagon is moving.

We got this wagon for our son for his 1st birthday in November. He absolutely loves riding in it and he's the envy of all the kids at the park. My only complaint is that after having it only a few months, we can't get the door to close unless we kick it. One time my son used the door for support while climbing out, and since the door wasn't closed tightly, he fell out and scraped his face on the cement. He wasn't seriously hurt, but now we make sure to kick the door closed each time he rides in it and we still use it almost daily.

My children have loved this wagon! They have liked opening and closing the door, they like to hide things under the seat, and has served it's purpose well. I have loved it because it was easy to assemble, it's lightweight and easy to turn. However, the front wheels do tend to bend, especially when there are two children in the wagon and you hit a few bumps. The plastic holding the wheel bar in also tents to stretch so that even if you do get new wheels they won't sit in straight anyway. That's a little disappointing, but overall it a good wagon!

This was a gift and has been terrific for walks and playing around the yard. I have wanted to take it to the zoo because it is easy for the kids to get in and out of and pulls easy, however, there just isn't enough room for the kids AND our extras (diaper bag, cooler, etc.)--we are about to fix that, we are getting the tag along trailer and I think it will make our wagon FABULOUS! The wagon itself is great, but with the trailer it should make it perfect.

In Feb of this year, my then 3 year old daughter starting telling us that she wanted a wagon for her birthday. (she is born in June) So the search began shortly after that. We looked all over and couldn't find anything that we were happy with. Then we went to one last store and found this wagon for A LOT less than what the other stores wanted. . It had everything that she asked for with the exception of an umbrella. I knew that we could buy an attachment umbrella separately, so I wasn't to worried. The day of her birthday, we wheeled it in with all of her gifts in it from her friends and family. When she saw the wagon, she literally tossed all of the gifts out of it and climbed right in. She now likes to sit in it while she is watching TV, eating lunch, and whenever she is outside. SHe also likes how her cousins can ride with her but is kinda bummed when they all can't fit together. SO we will more than likely be purchasing the tag-along trailer too. I love how it has the in seat storage and plenty of room for just her. I also like how it is a lighter shade of green. It makes it a little more "girly". I love how it has a longer handle which makes it a lot easier for my husband and I to pull it without the fear of "taking ourselves out" (I'm 5'10" and he's 6'1") My only disappointment is that it didn't have the canopy and that STEP2 doesn't have one. So we will have to purchase one from someone else. I already know that I WILL be getting my money's worth. It took my husband less than 1/2 an hour to put it together and it is sturdy is definately "BUILT KID TOUGH"

We've had this wagon for two seasons now and have had no problems. My 2 yr. old daughter absolutely adores it! She runs outside screaming w-a-g-o-n at the top of her lungs every day and we take some very bumpy rides over the fields on our property. It takes a lot of abuse and fits well in the back of our suv when we want to go elsewhere. I do wish they made a canopy to attach to this, but other than that, knock on wood - no problems, it's holding up great, and my toddler thinks it's super.

This wagon is great for Parents with more than One child, The only problem is, is the front wheels break easy. I had my infant who is 10 months old in it going for a walk she weighs less than 20 lbs and the front wheel bent.

We have three children - ages 3, 2 and 1. We go the wagon 3 years ago. I take the kids on daily walks - so perhaps i am using this wagon too much. (although, i didn't use the wagon much if at all during our oldest's first year of life) But last summer the problems behan (after 2 summer's of usage)

The design of the front wheels - which hang from brackets - is not good for a lot of use. The metal hanger starts causing the plastic sleeve it is in to loosen. Once that happens the wheel doesn't hang vertically. Then it totally corrupts the hole in the polyethelene wagon. I have tried many fixes to reinforce the sleeve - but nothing seems to adhere to the polyethelene. (at least not for very long).

Unless i can find a way to fix this, after 2 summers, the wagon is unusable. I have tried different kinds of epoxy glues and fillers.

Many in my neighborhood have the same problem with the front wheel breaking where it attaches to the wagon. The plastic stretches out and the front wheel will no longer roll straight. We had a red wagon for 15 years before this one that lasted a short time.

We have the older model of this wagon and we love it! It is very durable. Unfortunately ours is quite noisy on pavement...I ordered replacement wheels from Step 2 in hopes that they would dampen the sound, but they didn't. And since the new wheels are the same as those on the newer wagons I can only assume that all of these wagons are loud on pavement (as in the whole neighborhood can hear us coming!). The only other downside is that our daughter has pinched her fingers in the door a few times trying to get in/out. Not much way to design it so that doesn't happen, just something to keep in mind to teach your little ones to avoid. Also, we have the tag-a-long trailer...very cool!

My now 18-month old son received the Wagon for 2 for Christmas. He was so excited that he was climbing in it before we could even put it together. It was easy to install, but the door has been difficult to close from the start. After only a couple easy walks to the park, the door has sagged enough that it takes some muscle to close and latch. It will likely become an indoor toy if this continues. We are also a little disappointed with the plastic wheels which don't provide a lot of traction. Rubber wheels would have been so much better. Reading the other reviews, we may have just gotten a lemon. If it wasn't for the door, I'd have given it 5 stars.

This is my second wagon, I bought one about 10 years ago for my first two children that are now 14 and 12 years olds. I had that wagon for 10years and it serviced us well. A few yeas ago I started to use it for outdoor purposes and later found out about my surprise baby I was having when my now 12 year old was 9 at the time. So, now my new son is here and I am getting a new wagon for him. I really like the new features (storage compartment and seat belt) a big plus.

We ran a family childcare service in Canada and moved to Florida three years ago. This is one of the few pieces of equipment we brought with us. It is strong and rugged. We carried heavy cement pavers in it as well as sand, crushed limestones, topsoil and Sod for the yard. Our Nephews in Florida still love it. Ours is more than ten years old and yes the abuse we gave it eventually ruined the front end which we want to replace.

With the exception of the front wheels the Wagon For Two is indestructible. We have had our wagon and the tag along for well over 6 years, and we have taken it everywhere from the mall to the zoo to festivals, and it have never let us down. When we first bought it the front wheels needed replaced because of a flaw, however the second set of wheels that we will be getting is because they are just plain worn out after many, many, many kilometers of walking. Since then we have gotten many other products from Step 2 because of it's great quality!

The wheels are flimsy and the hub broke off one wheel making the wagon unusuable -- we were only able to use it for three weeks. I should have opted for a different brand -- it would have saved me time and money; not to mention having a disappointed toddler that cannot use his wagon.

My son loves his wagon! We take him on walks to the mailbox and around our street. Charlie and his father take it to the back yard and collect limes from the lime tree. Charlie does not like seatbelts and usually throws a fit when you try to put them on, but he likes his wagon so much that he doesn't mind the seatbelt.

Found the wagon very flimsy. Wheel cracked and axl became bent in less than 6 months of regular, average use. Not worth the money. Must get a new one.

Here at our Children's Center, the wagons get daily, outside use. We wind up having to replace them once a semester because the wheels crack easily and the "axl" connecting the wheel to the wagon consistently rip through the plastic. I would not recommend this for a daycare.

This wagon has stood the test of time. We've got three boys (not generally known to be kind to toys) and this wagon has withstood them all. They load the wagon up with other toys as well as riding in it themselves. They pull their friends around. They love it; it's a staple of our outdoor arsenal. We use it for our youngest's comfort while we take family walks which would tire him easily.

I bought this wagon for my oldest boy when he was about 3yrs old he is now 11 and it is still going strong(We just had to replace the handle but at a reasonable price).we live in the country where it has stayed outside year around. It has seen alot of hard play by our two boys,nieces and nephews.

Every Mom with more than one child needs a wagon - but the Step 2 wheel became wobbly very early on and broke through the plastic. I received a replacement wheel, but it didn't help. So now I have to buy a new wagon after only one year!

I was so impressed by it that I went on line and purchased another wagon for my grandson who lives out of state. This wagon is durable, safe and the children love it. I especially like the long handle so it is easy for me to pull my grandchildren in it.

My 21-month-old daughter LOVES this wagon. She loved "helping" me put it together, and helped me get it downstairs from our apartment to give it a test run. It's a little on the bulky side (for a car ride to a park or something) but the lighter weight is nice for transport. We also got the trailer for trips to the zoo, etc. and it's also a great item! Durable hard plastic, easy to clean, and won't break the bank as far as price. Plus it's got two cup holders, the under seat storage under the rear seat, and a little door (which my daughter loves opening and shutting when she's not strapped in)!

We had a hard time getting the wheels on and when we finally did, after about 1 month usage they began to fall apart and come off. Customer service is sending us new parts, but still... I barely had time to put it together the first time! But my kids love it -- it's more freedom than the stroller and they enjoy playing with the doors and buckles. We've used it at the beach and on the tow path.

We love this wagon, we have not had any issues with it. My daughter is about two and absolutely loves riding in it. She is getting to the point where she no longer prefers strollers so this was a great solution. We also purchase the tag a long so when we go to the beach or park we can put our stuff in there and she still has the whole front wagon. Very nice and definately recommend it to everyone.

I was excited about getting my daughter this wagon. She's 20 months and absolutely loves it. She opens the door and plays in it in the house and we play outside with it. I feel it is well made from a durability standpoint and the price is awesome considering you get seatbelts and cup holders. The only issue I have with this wagon is it doesn't turn well because the wheels are not attached to the handle. If step2 could make any improvement, that would be my want. otherwise, I would recommend this for EVERY single parent!!

It was easy to order online. Gave to grandson's as a Christmas present. Price was okay and delivery to my home was nice. I hope to buy the additional wagon to attach to what we bought. It is easy to transport in my daughter's Jeep and the boys can ride in it instead of a stroller and they can see better.

My son loves his wagon! We take it everywhere. Easily makes turns in grocery stores too! Easy enough for him to pull it.

I had to return the first wagon we received because there was a large puncture in the bottom. But they replaced it, and our second wagon is perfect.
