We have four seater strollers for the children at our child care center but the children would rather ride in the train. They love to say "choo, choo" as the teachers pull them back and forth from the classroom to the playground. It is so sturdy and easy to move that the teachers have taken the kids on the nature trails behind our school.

This is the greatest wagon! I have the wagon and two of the trailers. I have three kids a three year old and twin 18 mon. They each get there own space where the others can not invade. I use the fourth trailer for the diaper bag and when I go out with my sister her son sits in the fourth. It is very easy to put together. The only thing I don't like is that the trailer only comes in orange. To solve this I used paint for plastic and painted it red.

This is the greatest wagon ever!! I have a 4yr old and twins that are 1 1/2yrs old and they all cant wait to go for our neighborhood walk every night! They all like having their own space and I love that they dont fight!! We had an older model that did not have seatbelts, and when I called step 2 they gladly sent me two and instructions that were simple to follow. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead off 5 is that we wish it had a sunshade for the summer time!! Please dont ever discontinue this model!! Everyone asks us where we got it!!

When my husband and I found out hat we were having a fourth child, our neighbors laughed at us and asked how the fourth one would get to ride. When I went to Step2 and found the add on trailer, that was my answer. We bought it and my husband put it on with no trouble, and this one even has straps (our old cars do not). This is wonderful, I would recommed it to anyone with more than 3 kids.

I purchased the wagon and three trailers so I would have a way to take my Day care children out and about, to see our town. We are using it 3-4 days a week and the children and I both enjoy it. It is fun to use, and the children all like that they are riding in a "train". I would recomend this to any other child care provider who may be looking for an affordable alternative for field trips, sure saves time and gas, and is a great work out for the person doing the pulling.

I am a mother of two and a daycare provider. I have two trailers to attach to the Choo Choo Wagon. They are a great addition! They make it much easier for me to take my children (and my daycare children) out - around the block, to the park, to the zoo, ANYWHERE! It is not very difficult to maneuver, and it is not too heavy to pull...My only problems with this product are that it is hard to attach and detach the trailer by myself, and I wish each trailer had its own storage under the seat...I'm thinking about purchasing another trailer!!

It's great to be able to go outdoors with our one year old triplets and know that they are safe and secure. This product has been a lifesaver for our "cabin fever". Before the wagon, getting outside was something I had to work myself into mentally because I knew it was going to be a challenge to keep up with all three at once. Now it's a piece of cake--just buckle them in and we're off for an adventure in the neighborhood--bird watching, waving to everyone we pass, squealing with delight at a squirrel . . . this little wagon has changed our lives. It took a while to decide to part with that much money, but now I wish I had bought it sooner.

Extra trailers for the choo choo wagon
By Kris the pull muleVerified Purchaser from Ann Arbor, Michigan on 5/27/2008
Pros:
Does Not Break, Easy To Assemble
Best Uses:
Outdoors, Small Children
Describe Yourself:
Stay At Home Parent
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Okay so my girlfriend and I are both stay at home moms. We do everything together. So we collectively purchased first the choo choo wagon and now two choo choo trailers.

I really love it. Each of our children ( ages 1,2,3)have their own space. It is easy for all but the baby to get into and out of. Also nice that it has a juice cup holder in each compartment. It cleans up really well and stores away in the garage rather easily. Also it pulls up hill and over most terrain really easily. I typically pull three children plus all of our gear in the fourth choo choo trailer. It makes going to the zoo and other high traffic places much easier because you are in a straight line rather then taking up an isle and a half with a double stroller or trying to negotiate more then one stroller type vehicle.

There are however a few things that I don't like about it. It's very bulky so we have to strap the original trailer piece to the top of the car when we all travel together. It has no break system of any type so you have to be careful where and how you park it. If you have 4 or 5 children in the choo choo wagon going down hill this can be a bit difficult due to newton's laws of gravity and the fact that the train has no breaks to help slow down the decent. I wish that each compartment had the storage bin under the seat like the first one does. It doesn't back up well with the extra trailers on it, but hey you can't have everything. (It turns like a dream, however, even with two extra trailers on it.)

Overall I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone with lots of kids to pull.

I bought this when #3 was old enough to sit up (the twins were 26 months) . Now w/ 5 year twins, a 3 year old & an infant I'm buying another trailer. I can still pull it on flat surfaces with all four kiddos (60# wagon w/ 2 trailers, 150# kids). That's 75# more than I weigh. The Choo Choo with one trailer allowed me to take three little toddlers many places without buying a triplet stroller. Now we just use it for the neighborhood. I could get it into my Rendezvous (mini-van like) easily. It will be for sale once the twins are a year older. Their feet will be too big to fit in the foot well. [@]

I have read multiple reviews on how great this wagon was so I thought I would try it. Not so!! It is extremely heavy with my two 20 month old twins in it and we have gone through 2 sets of wheels because the wheels keep rubbing against the wagon itself. I would not recommend this wagon!!

I have 13-month old triplets. They LOVE the choo choo wagon! My nephew is 20 months old and since he loves it so much too, I had to buy a second trailer so all of the kids can ride at the same time. It is very durable and the ride is very fun for the kids. We haven't taken it outside yet,but judging on how they all react to their short rides inside, I know that it will be difficult to make them get out of it once we are out and about the neighborhood. I like that the children cannot touch each other or steal anything from each other when they are each buckled into their own cars. They also like the "freedom" of being in their own space!

We got our wagon [...] and used it the first night down in our basement. I have an 17 month old and a 25 month old and they loved it. It is easy enough to pull that the 25 month old was pulling our 17 month old around. The trailer comes in handy when we are out in the community to put coats, cups and other things for a young family. The wagon is fun and it keeps the kids away from each other. Everyone has their own personal space, cup holder and saftey belts. I would recommend this product to anyone who has kids.

Cute wagon train. Triplets seem to like to ride in it. Planned to use instead of a stroller but is bulky and doesn't come completely apart to fit in my vehicle.

I bought two extra trailers to go with my
Choo Choo Wagon and it allows me to pull
my triplets (11 months old) and my 3 year
old. My kids LOVE being in the Choo Choo
Wagon. It is very easy to pull and manuver
on our walks. It is definitely a MUST if you
have three kids or more!

We bought 3 of the trailers to add onto our Choo Choo Wagon. We absolutely LOVE this product. Sooo much better than toting around 2 double strollers. Dad can pull 5 children at once, making then so easy to keep track of. I wish that it came in different colors & had underseat storage like the wagon. Overall, a GREAT addition to the choo choo wagon.

We love the choo choo wagon & the trailer! The choo choo wagon is a fun wagon version. Each child has their own car, which is fun, and also keeps the strife down- people can't easily reach each other to bother each other. The trailer makes it so their younger cousin will be able to ride too. Very fun- we are pulling it around inside right now, but it will be fun outside in the summer too.

Must-have for moms of multiples

We purchased the Choo Choo Wagon and 2 additional trailers. Each of our 4 children has their own trailer which helps to minimize the inevitable fighting between siblings. Each trailer has a cup holder for added convenience. This is the best way for me to ring all 4 of my children out without trying to struggle with 2 double strollers. The downside is that the wagon and trailers take up a lot of room in the back of our van and are rather heavy to load in and out. Otherwise I have no complaints! We always get a lot of comments when we are out with the wagon. It is fantastic!

Got this as a Christmas gift after many multiples parents recommended. Fully assembled in under 30 minutes with no snags and the kids LOVE (as opposed to their triplet stroller, which they HATE). Only downside is that I don't think this thing will fit in a minivan, even with cars unattached so we're stuck with the cramped and rigid stroller for away-from-home trips.

This train wagon is AWESOME!!! My 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old absolutely love it! It does get heavy when there are 4 kids in it but as long as you don't have any hills to go up it's fine! I would recommend this to all my friends if they were looking for a wagon! WORTH THE MONEY:)

I take my 10 month old triplets for a walk in their choo choo every evening and they love it! It attracts so much attention, and we are instant celebrities wherever the choo choo goes. As far as assembly, an axle too big for the wheels was sent with our trailer. My boyfriend ended up having to go to [...]for a new axle, and sautering it to the right length. That was a big pain. Now that the assembly is out of the way, we love it!

The trailers are wonderful because you have the options of pulling anywhere from two to five children at one time. The only disadvantage is they all come in orange. When we have all the trailers attached, the pattern of colors does not look as nice.

I care for 1 to 4 year old children...Six of them at once. Two are four years old boys, 2 are 3 yrs. old girls, one little boy is under 2 years and lastly a 2 year old boy. They all love and enjoy this wagon (choo choo). While well built, it is still light weight enough for one of the children to pull 3 others in the wagon 3. This is their favorite toy and we have a merry-go-round, 2 swing sets and lots more equipment. At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to invest the money in this toy, but given the popularity of this choo choo, I am glad that I did...
