We used the tag along for the first time for Halloween. It came in very handy. A small ice chest fit perfectly! We can't wait to take it to the zoo. You do have to make wide turns with this added on but it was no problem!

I put it together quickly on my own. I read that it comes off the wagon while you are using it and is hard to maneuver but so far i haven't had these problems, i have used it around the block and used it at the zoo. I haven't had to really make any tight turns but i am sure if i did it wouldn't work out that well. Works awesome at the zoo though! I didn't think it was too hard to get on and off the wagon so i am happy!

I ordered this in red because I have the wagon for two plus in red [...]. The trailer is more of a maroon color & the wheels are white (the ones on my wagon are cream). I expected it to be more of a true red, honestly I expected it to match. The kids don't care at all that their wagon & trailer don't match, though. This was very easy to put together, I was expecting problems after reading the other reviews. I also expected to have problems with it staying on the wagon because of the other reviews, but if you do it correctly, & make sure you pull the trailer & wagon apart until they click in place, its perfect. You do kinda have to man-handle it to get it apart, though, but no complaints other then the slight shade difference. Other then that, its great, & we can't wait to take it to the Zoo!!

Best Uses:

Bottom Line:

Great way to expand carrying capacity for multiple kids, but the hitch is not designed properly and would work only if the trailer was permanently attached to the wagon. This can be done with effort and imagination, because the instructions are useless and don't foresee this necessity.
Step2 Response: Please contact Step2 at 1-800-347-8372 for a replacement hitch.

Trailer is a great idea to free up space in the wagon. Rolling down curbs the trailer detaches from wagon and the turn radius is poor. Trailer is to close to the wagon so they jackknife. Flat open spaces it's a great combo.

I loved the idea to go with the wagon, however, the part part that is supposed to connect the trailer to the wagon kept popping through the hole because the washer was not big enough and the screw was too short so it would fall right through the hole in the wagon. My husband went and purchased a larger washer and longer screw and it works great now. Is very useful to store the cooler/diaper bag etc. when you have the kids in the wagon.

This wagon was purchased as a gift for my 18 month old and my 3 year old and they BOTH have enjoyed hours and hours of fun with it. Not only do they love when we take them for walks, but they have just as much fun playing with it in our driveway; pushing and pulling each other. The assembly was very easy. We also, purchased the trailer and have found it can hold just about anything up to 40 lbs. This wagon is a keeper!!

Easy to assemble. Great Assesory for the Safari Wagon which my daughter loves! It's great for the zoo, for a place to set the cooler and extra gear. If you need more room for items than what your safari wagon can hold, this is recommended.
