Comments about Step2 MailMaster TrimLine Plus Mailbox:

I was very pleased with the assembly and installation. Soooooo easy. Price is very reasonable.
I did not see an option for the flag on new mail. Would be a nice feature to add.
A suggestion - The bolts that hold it to the post are a common size and therefore subject to easy theft. Would be nice to have a unique headed bolt and throw in a cheap socket to use for installation. You left competition in the dust!!
I have only had it one day, so I will really be upset if it leaks, like some have reported!!

Step2 Response: Thank you for your feedback. Please contact us directly at 800-347-8372 if you are missing the red flag for your mailbox.

Comments about Step2 MailMaster TrimLine Plus Mailbox:

bought a floor model as my local store was out of boxed units. I was told floor display units shipped without hardware or numbers. No problem, I remedied that. However I was disappointed that the screw holes in front are left exposed and that you can't come up with some sort of snap-in piece to hide these recessed holes. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the unit

This mailbox was just installed. Looks great. We haven't had any bad weather yet, so I'm hopeful it will perform well. A small part wasn't included. I called customer service and they were great.

Comments about Step2 MailMaster TrimLine Plus Mailbox:

We have had this mailbox for approximately 2 years. It was hit by a tree during a svere storm this week. The mailbox was snapped off at the bottom of the post and a tree smashed the box. After removing the tree and the debris I commented to my husband that we would have to get a new mailbox. The next afternoon he had molded it back to its original shape and had it erected on a new post. The flag was broklen so I ordered a replacement and it is as good as new....Amazing!!!!

Wish the front bolts had covers, looks unfinished. Would look much better if covers were made available.
