My Mailbox has been run over twice and I just need a new 4X4 and it's good as new. Also, I had the flag torn off by vandals (been working at this for some time now). When I called to get a replacement flag, it was at NO CHARGE. Who does that these days? Needless to say I would purchase from this company over and over based on customer serice alone.

You cant find a better mailbox. It looks like new years after you install it. Vandals broke the flag off my Step 2 mailbox a few years ago---any other mailbox you would be replacing it-- not the Step 2 simply order a new part, install, and back to JUST LIKE NEW!

I need to buy another one!

Great mailbox for 14 years. It was barely scratched from a icy road car collision a year ago which greatly loosened the 4x4 attachment post. However, it could not survive a direct hit by a similar mishap today. I am looking to replace it with the same model.
