Bought this to replace a stream type water pond that needed readjusting every day. The pond took longer to fill than it did to set up. The pump assembly was easier to install than the 5 or 6 I've done previously. Best yet the hose length was perfect (no trimming necessary) and clamps were included. Assembly 10 minutes tops; took 15-20 minutes to fill. Waterfall enjoyment within a half hour.
I won't be trying fish in my pond because of all the farm cats, but I do know the birds are enjoying it. I placed colorful stones in the waterfall and 2 small turtle figures on the ledges. I will also be adding lights so we can enjoy seeing as well as hearing the waterfall after dark.
I have purchased your products for many many years; my kids, grandsons and sometimes for myself. Thank you Step 2 for another great product.

I have had this product in my yard year round for 3 years. I live in an area with true 4 seasons. It blends in nice with the landscaping. The waterfall is pleasant to hear. The pump will continue to work even when the filter is almost completely covered with debris.

My little boys love the ponds some of the other people in our subdivsion have. I was going to buy all the supplies and build an inground pond, but feared they would lose interest in the pond. This pond was the perfect solution. It is almost as big as many of the preformed inground ponds and provides the soothing sound of running water. Sets up easliy and adds a unique touch to our front garden area. Only fault is that is not very realistic looking. I think Step 2 could easily resolve this issue as we have actually purchased other Step 2 products for our kids where the molded plasic has far more realistic looking textures to them. It is also easy to clean and prep for winter. Price is reasonable since it comes with everything you need except water.

Everyone in our house loves our Rock Pond. We've had it for three years now and have moved to a different state once in that time. We originally bought it to add som eclass to our garden. Now it graces a corner of our screened in patio. The sight, and especially the sound, of the falling water is very relxign early in the morning or after a stressful day at work. Our two Black Labs also love to drink out of it when the return from their walks. It has been easy to set-up, maintain, clean, take-apart, and move halfway up the Eastern seaboard of the U.S. We are getting ready to move to Hawaii in two months and wil take the pond with us. We expect it will be a nice complement to our garden or patio.
