Comments about Step2 MainStreet Village Rescue Ready Team:

As all the other mainstreen sets, this one is super cute. But...the sounds are difficult for my daughter to activate. They have to push down kind of hard in a certain spot on top of the vehicle to get the sirens going. It would be a lot easier for toddlers to work if there was just a button to push, or if the lights on top worked like a button.

the only problem with it, I thought it was very hard to make the noise on the car work, and the ambulance didn't work, so I was disapointed.

Comments about Step2 MainStreet Village Rescue Ready Team:

All three vehicles require the batteries to be removed to reset the sirens. Not sure why but unless you remove the batteries the sirens stop working after an hour of use. they don't work again until the batteries are taken out and put back in again. Not the batteries it is some circuit that stops working.

Comments about Step2 MainStreet Village Rescue Ready Team:

I feel the idea is very good. My grandson loved them. They are very useful with other parts of the village, police station , firehouse, vets office. But we were very disappointed that the sounds did not always work. However, when they did, we enjoyed the fact they were quiet sounds.

Comments about Step2 MainStreet Village Rescue Ready Team:

Step 2 has come up with another good idea but this product needs some work. They have been very nice to work with but this is our 2nd set and they still do not operate. It is difficult to figure out how to make the lights and sounds work and then when you do they stop working. My grandson loves these little cars but gets frustrated trying to operate them. Might need to go back to the drawing board on this one.
